Let us cut to the chase: the NFL owns the players' protest because not only has the league failed to hold players accountable, its owners joined in the anti-American protest.
Well, virtue signaling has a price. Americans are about to pull tax breaks that the league enjoys.
I want to make clear exactly what this protest is about.
Colin Kaepernick said: "I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color. To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder." He said that on NFL.com.
His position is that police murder black people and get away with it.
That is now the league's position.

The purpose of the ‘protest’ is to demand that white football fans solve another black problem... It’s NOT our job...
What these players should do is walk down to the black community (since all of them live in white communities) and assist the black community with solving their own problems.
Here’s a hint: it’s NOT statues. It’s NOT the cops. The problem is the black community has too many criminals... and not enough responsible fathers...
So pack up the protest and take it to the people who need t solve their own problems... take it to the black community

No, let’s be completely honest, the black community has too many blacks in it. Chris Rock has it right, there are two separate groups within the black community, and “one” of them has got to go. The one that’s “got to go” is making life unbearable and unsafe for the other group of decent people who just want to live their lives in peace and try to get ahead in life.
