That's what this is. It's narcissistic black racist thugs bullying their way to setting the rules and tone in the NFL. The rich-guy owners and Goodell, I'd guess, were mostly sheltered from this throughout their lives. They didn't know how to handle it.
This compromise strategy never works. Racist minorities never give back what they've been given. They sense weakness, and demand more. The problem is that the NFL is way past the "tipping point" that allows for any turning back.

I don;t begrudge anyone in the private sector their salary, but the NFL is taxpayer-owned and the idea someone this easily manipulated idiot can make 34 times in one year what I took 40 years to build offends my sensibilities.
