People in the Bay area vote for her because she is a woman and a Democrat. They should be embarrassed that they are sending a brain dead person to DC every 2 years. And the fact that she costs the US with her travels. She flies into DC on Monday, and flies back to the Bay area on Friday, every week, and her SS detail comes with her. This is a huge cost. Possibly she has to come back home for her alzheimers treatments, or Dementia medication

This is a result of a mix of her own anxiety, getting old, then mixing it up with the same psychotropic meds used by Hillary and Paddock. Like Hillary and Paddock, Pelosi could decide we all need to die and in one way, Pelosi is even worse than Hillary - while Hillary is despised by her underling staffers as an abusive drunk on meds, Hillary has engaged in outbursts of violence. But when Pelosi pops, many will say they didn’t see it coming other than Pelosi’s moaning “Oh my God!” while sleeping and her public signs of brain freezes. Pelosi has access to guns, she surrounds herself with others who carry guns to provide her “security” that she could order to assist in some manner in her plots to “kill the enemy”. She has already stated multiple times that she believes she is targetted by the public for death, at any moment she could decide the public must die. Did anyone ask Pelosi if she has any guns or persons in her charge who have guns? Did they ask her if she has a boyfriend from the Philippines that she has wired money to? Did anyone ask her what her middle name is? Why has she been calling Obama up at two in the morning? What happened to her pet cat? Why is her eyes going crooked and head wobbling like Hillary? What’s the connection to Huma and Anthony? Why hasn’t she changed her clothes in two days? Does she have any “new tattoos”? Why did she try to change the channel of her TV using her landline phone instead of the TV remote?

Just getting old and having a hard time remembering her lines. Happens to a lot of actors and actresses. Luckily doing prerecorded tv and movies, they can get multiple takes for each part. Look at John Voight. Studders and stammers in live speaking and his scenes in later movies got shorter and shorter. Lots of one liners basically.

Vascular dementia can cause the person suffering from it to forget what they're talking about mid-sentence, loose short term recall of recent events, etc. Vascular dementia can continue to progress due to lack of exercise, use of medications to slow the progress and even diet can affect it.
My guess is she has vascular dementia.
