All Fake News, All The Time: This Is CNN
DB Daily Update ^ | 8.3.2017 | David Blackmon

Jim Acosta voids his bladder at yet another White House Press Briefing, hilarity ensues. – The Fake News Network’s petulant and preening Jim Acosta provided yet another prime example of why he and CNN should be banned from future White House press briefings yesterday. As Senior Policy Adviser Stephen Miller was discussing the details of the Raise Act, a piece of legislation that would modify the terms of legal immigration into the U.S., Acosta, without being called upon, constantly interrupted the speaker and engaged him in a debate in which he implied that the poem on the Statue of Liberty is the law of the land, and claimed that implementing a preference for English-speaking immigrants would limit legal immigration to “those from Britain and Australia.” Acosta wasn’t even fazed when Miller correctly point out that English is the main language spoken in more than 60 nations around the world, and that the poem has no legal gravitas. Naturally, Acosta appeared on CNN after the press conference and declared victory. No one else gave him that credit.

Their next study will prove Donald Trump has poopy pants. – The Center For American Progress (CAP) announced on Wednesday that it will issue a report today that proves – PROVES, I say – that the Trump Campaign “colluded” with the Russians to interfere with the U.S. election process in 2016. Fake news outlets Buzzfeed and The Hill reported on the announcement, identifying CAP only as “a progressive think tank.” What neither of those two fake outlets tell their readers is that CAP was in fact founded by… wait for it…JOHN PODESTA, the goat-sacrificing campaign manager for Hillary Clinton, and that Mr. Podesta remains active in the group’s leadership today. Fake News at its finest.

Being so publicly schooled in front of ones’s peers would bu humbling to the vast majority of persons with some degree of social awareness, but this Acosta character seems to be completely devoid of any measure of humility.

And CNN has even less of a moral compass, if only that they did not immediately suspend this miscreant.

Speaking out of turn is one thing, and though rude to the extreme, it is not as grievous a fault as speaking up with no clear idea of what you are talking about.

CNN should be barred from these briefings.

Acosta is a hero to the press. They revere his positions and his spunk. He is held out as "one of the best" in that line of work.

Someone from the WH needs to pull Acosta aside and tell him “Here are how things are going to be in the future. Maybe we will call on you, maybe not. If we call on you you get to ask a question, then sit quietly while it is answered. No interruptions, no filibustering. Maybe you get a follow up question, maybe not. Those are the rules. If you can’t follow them, you can hold your own press conference outside.”

The WH press corp looks like a bunch of cowed gnomes allowing CNN’s Acosta to dominate the pressers with his loopy, ignorant act.

So you don’t like Trump. At the least, show some professionalism and actually ask questions instead of wasting time with some preening rants intended to do just that: waste time and prevent the WH from informing you about policy.

Instead of looking at your own internal polls and those of like-minded fish, you might want to consider that the rest of America finds news elsewhere because American news is nigh unwatchable.

That would make him and CNN martyrs and the press would have a field day. A better plan would be to cordon off the press room with a sign for one side clearly labeled “Fake News” showing in the TV viewer. Then refuse to take questions from CNN unless he was standing under the sign.

CNN would expel themselves, and the WH could express dismay and hope they would return as America would then be suffering from a fake news deficit.

I like the way Miller spent 5 minutes slapping down Acosta (well deserved) making him look like an idiot, but Sarah would have been more succinct.

“English is not spoken in only one other country, Jim. Next Question”

I’ve had to travel all over- English is spoken almost everywhere and REQUIRED as a second language in many countries school systems.

“Acosta needs his WH press pass permanently removed.”

That would cause the rest of the MSM to walk out in support of Acosta and CNN. I call that win-win.

Acosta is rude.

Acosta does not respective the special privilege he has been given by being allowed to participate in press conference.

Acosta has had plenty of warnings. Now, put him on suspension and limit his access to the facility.
