YOU can now eat gourmet vending machine food. No longer limited to packets of chips and a can of coke, machines around the world now dispense farm-fresh produce, caviar, and even bottles of Moet.
And if youve got a bit of extra cash to throw around, why not buy some gold ... or even a brand new Ferrari from a vending machine?
Here are our favourites.
Champagne
Location: Gold Coast, Las Vegas, and Selfridges in London.
What you get: The Star Gold Coasts Garden Kitchen & Bar is the first venue in Australia with a champagne vending machine by Moet & Chandon. Think you need a glass? Drink the bubbly through a gold sipper on the bottle if you are truly desperate and cant wait for the bartender to bring you your glasses. Yours for just $29 each. Cheers.
Sex Toys
Location: Philadelphia
What you get: A Philadelphia-based vending machine company, PinkBox believes sex should be exciting, fun and safe. Dont be shy, pick up condoms, Lelo vibrators, glass dildos and even restraint kits to help make your business a better place says PinkBox. Prices start at $4 to $99. Each product is curated and hand-picked by the resident PinkBox sex-expert, so you know youre getting the best.
Gold
Location: Las Vegas, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but of course.
What you get: Gold to Go thought they were on to something when they first launched a vending machine exclusively selling gold in vending machines. Rumour has it, the machines are slowly being removed because no one is really investing in gold anymore, which is a shame, but we like the idea of encouraging novice gold investors to invest in a cool $1000 gold bar during a vay-cay in Dubai. Why not?[continued]

“My folks vacationed in Dubai and all they brought me back was this lousy $1000 gold bar.”
Here is an idea, instead of EBT cards where they can go to the store and buy chips and soda, you have a vending machine that dispenses the basics and you can pay with either cash or an EBT card.
Stuff like canned food, ultrapastureized milk, etc....
Make it mandatory that there is no cash value for the container to prevent fraud. emboss a logo on the cans/containers so that if any store is caught re-selling the food they get shut down.
Of course the libtards would WHINE about it
In Southport Florida a few years ago at the Dixie Dandy Grocery there was a vending machine out front that dispensed small boxes of crickets and worms for bait. I wish I still had a pic of it to post.
Hmmm, maybe there is a market for Obama Chia Pet heads in vending machines.
I’ve seen a vending machine at a resort in Asia that sold inexpensive disposable underwear.
That is an excellent idea.
Used to be that every gas station had rubber vending machines.
You can use the data to track how the benefits cards are being used.
The machines could vend out thing like diapers, hygene products, baby food, etc..
You could also hire welfare people to restock them as part of a jobs training program.
You could place the machines either near gubermint housing, or outside supermarkets too.
People who are not on welfare could use cash to buy items as well instead of going to the store in the middle of the night for baby food, diapers, etc...
Think of it as EBT red box.
My first day reporting to Cubi Point NAS in the Philippines, I was amazed to see beer machines in the Barracks. Just like soda machines except they dispensed ice cold bottles of San Miguel
I have seen some bizarre things in Asian vending machines. I remember a sports drink in Tokyo called Pocari Sweat. Ummm tasty lol
A Ferrari? Seems hard to believe. The questionnaire you have to fill out to buy a new one is - beyond extensive.
We had those in Korea too. San Miguel was one of the brands.
That was my gold bar,...I put the money in but the bar just hung on that little coil and wouldn’t drop out. /s
My best friend’s music store had a Coke Machine that vended bottles. No one ever asked about the bottom hole with green bottles. That was my slot. And they were Heinekens.
Interesting....
Saw it all with my own eyes, here:
