I know President Trumps work with China led to the good behavior of North Korea. Plus, the fact that Trump showed North Korea the United States would not take their threats sitting down was a huge factor in their backing off of even a missile test. I believed late last night that we would not strike NK for only a missile test, but if they harmed a hair on our back, or South Korea, or Japan, a war would be our only choice. I praise God this did not happen.
I wonder if we are about to see a decrease in North Koreas threats, as China reigns them in. I think President Trumps work with Chinas President made a huge impact in the way China has started to view and treat North Korea. They are getting far closer to good relations with the US and pulling away from their pampering of Lil Kim. I think they may have closed the nuclear playground for Lil Kim.
I dont think Kim takes anyone seriously but China. He is very attached at the hip with China, and if he loses their support
well, he will be up the creek without a paddle. I really dont think he could swim to shore
.he is too indulgent with the food he loves. I was doing some research on North Korea, and they are very intelligent and a self-sufficient people. Most everything is made in North Korea, and what is not is made in China. They are totally dependent on China, and for this we are thankful. I think the positive visit the President of China paid to Mar-A-Lago was what saved the American people from the horror of war. Oh, I think President Trumps art of the deal was a winner with China!

They weren’t ever going to test a missile or bomb.
According to Chinese Communist news sources, Xi told Trump that if the US tries anything like was done to Syria that Korea will use dirty bombs on South Korea.
That’s where it stands now.
The Chinese are going to protect their trade deals with us before they’d ever take a bullet for Fat Boy. I’m sure by now they’re beyond tired off his crap.
I thought they were going to do an in-your-face missile test on Saturday? That’s today! They instead parade around some hardware? Seems pretty weak to me.
Or they didn’t actually have a missile to test. Previous tests by them were always unannounced, so an announced test is probably just to make everybody yabber. There’s a whole lot of “made you blink” in failed states.
They do a lot of “parading”...You notice the only observers to their “parades” are the ruling elite...The citizens are rarely shown...
The “parades” are marching troops and weaponry only to impress Un...and that’s it...
American Communist news sources (NBC, CNN, etc.) claimed Trump was going to invade NK if they set off their underground nuke.
The stories I have seen on NHK World or read in certain places say the North Koreans are ramping up for a nuclear test.
They are apparently planning to detonate a bomb in what would be their sixth nuclear test.
That could set off some fireworks when an if it happens.
The talking heads on TV speak of the NK’s getting to a point where they can put a warhead on a missile and or send it to the West Coast in about two years time.
This is what President Trump expects the Chinese to help the USA stop in the long run, no doubt.
I don't think NK was "announcing" anything. As in the past, we have been observing activity at the site where they conduct the nuclear tests.
They might still do their test in the upcoming days, or they might back down, or perhaps they generated the activity at the site to fool us into thinking they were readying a test.
I think these parade shows are for the fat kids perceived enemies. And it really begs the question, how come a NK test has never been detected? Everyone would know almost immediately they’d just fired an ICBM. No way to hide that.
On the live thread last night we noted Kim wearing a black western suit instead of uniform, and Mercedes convertibles running around the parade - trade violation - and some photoshopped pics of the parade. I was wondering if Merkel has agreed to take the jerk in after the ouster.
Would relocate the remaining axis o’ evil to Iran, Germany. Now if we can just get AM to take the Castros AND the 98 mullahs, that’d be some serious house-cleaning in the first 100 days.
Not accurate at all. Fat Boy assassinated a potential rival with a coordinated sarin attack. That was China’s NK boy. He has no problem messing with China now.
Remember...they are ahead of us. It is tomorrow (Sunday) there already.
It was VX not sarin.
Right, they’re one day ahead, Saturday here means the NK deadline came and many hours ago.
And btw, instead of the test as it was billed by some in the media, it appears his big surprise was to show us his alleged new toys. Bottom line, this guy is going to need to be dealt with one way or another and I don’t see that taking too long.
The Chicomms have been playing a dangerous game by tolerating the Kims in NK. I know they had a bunch of reasons for doing it but like all such schemes their puppet Kims have become as much a danger to them. The older Kims were happy with using nuclear extortion to keep their personal exchequer full. But now the hat has been passed to a Kim who is far far more insane and dangerous than his predecessors. This one murdered his own half brother and has been indiscriminately murdering everyone who bothers him. Like Stalin actually. Kim Un might be as likely to send a nuke towards Bejing as towards the US if he gets the right hair up his patoot.
I doubt if China is happy with the Frankenstein Monster they’ve tolerated and used up to now. The situation is probably too serious to engage in schadenfreud over it but I find myself unable to resist.
What I saw at the Goose Stepper Missile Parade may have been an empty tube, or it may have been a Russian missile that NK doesn’t need to test.
IIRC, you're not allowed to see the people of NK. Only soldiers have food. People actually eat dirt.
Thanks for correction.
