Doctor, Doctor, give me the News... I've got a bad case of watching Youse
Roe in Bonita Springs, Florida, who called in to the Rush Limbaugh Show on Friday may have opened the floodgates for a great new fad: watching television reruns of Election Night 2016.
I think Ive become one of those Trump supporters that you keep speaking of, and I essentially am completely immune to any bad news about Trump, Roe told Rush. You know, for hundreds of days since Trump came on the scene, every day I wake up to Trump lost a debate, he insulted media, he insulted Megyn Kelly, hes not acting presidential. Its always something new. So as the Doctor of Democracy, Im gonna ask if you can make a diagnosis for me, and Im gonna tell you, this is my worst symptom, and Im being a hundred percent honest. My wife thinks Im nuts. But I stay up at night and watch 2016 election night TV coverage reruns on YouTube
Bookmark.
I found the NBC on youtube thanks. It’s an 8 hour video, started at about 4 hours and jumping ahead a bit. It is entertaining. I remember Lester saying that near the end.
I remember CNN refusing to call rhe election even after Hillary phoned Trump to concede.

There were some bad returns coming in before 9:00. I literally couldn’t even watch the television. I sort of read FR and just stared off into space. I looked at the TV around 9:00 again and saw that things were looking up. It was literally one of the greatest nights ever.
That said, I don’t watch the reruns because now we have a new fight against the media with this Russia BS. If that gets proven false AND if Trump’s wiretap theory is confirmed - popcorn.
have watched many of these several times:

But as of today, I have watched the MSNBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, and BBC election night coverage. When I have time, I'll have to check out NBC, and whatever else I can find. It is simply stated, the most AWESOME SCHADEFREUDE of my life.
If I turn on the news these days and they are talking about the Russian thing, the wire tapping thing, Trumps twitter or Trumps failures...I turn it right off. WASTE OF TIME! We need to concentrate on solving health care, solidifying our infrastructure and dollar plus getting rid illegal criminals.
Election night 2016 was one of the most fun TV viewing nights I can remember. I have watched the YouTube videos and I might do it again tonight. ;-)
Not skilled enough to do the linky thing, but two recent additions to the election night coverage I review are RT and CBC. Ed Shultz really goes off on h when she sends podesta out, great to watch. The Canadian Broadcast Co. was by far the most biased broadcast of them all.
That was a good one, and Rachel Maddow, “This is your life now” is another classic.
ABC had set up a big booth in the middle of Times Square for people to express their reactions to the results. Around the wee hours as it simply turned into a waiting game for certain states to be called the booth was deserted and those milling about looked somewhat morose. Any normal person at that point could see that Trump was going to win. You know that ABC had expected a win by H and have a huge party like atmosphere at their setup. The deserted booth said it all.
Who needs porn when you got this stuff? LOLOLOLOLOL!!!
Best Movie of the Year
I have to admit, I took to my bed with my head under the covers for the first part of the coverage and then my husband came home and asked why I wasn’t watching and he said I should because it was good.
I have wished aloud in the past to watch the election coverage again. I should’ve been there.
