Cementing her role as a powerful White House influence, Ivanka Trump is working out of a West Wing office and will get access to classified information, though she is not technically serving as a government employee, according to an attorney for the first daughter.
Since President Donald Trump took office, his eldest daughter has been a visible presence in the White House, where her husband, Jared Kushner, already serves as a senior adviser. On Friday, she participated in a meeting on vocational training with the president and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Jamie Gorelick, an attorney and ethics adviser for Ivanka Trump, said Monday that the first daughter will not have an official title, but will get a West Wing office, government-issued communications devices and security clearance to access classified information. Gorelick said Ivanka Trump would follow the ethics rules that apply to government employees....

Doing a cursory search, I don’t know how long he has known her but she was responsible for getting him into the official capacity position. I don’t know at what point he hired her or met her.
But he has had time to do adequate research. Clearly, Jaime’s background doesn’t bother him since Gorelick is advising Ivanka.

I am greatly troubled that Gorelick not only got a hold of Jared but also Ivanka.
And now they both have offices in the West Wing.
You can’t tell me there isn’t any other lawyer in the US that could have been hired and been more reputable.

It is very disappointing to realize this. I keep thinking since Jared is already there influencing PDJT, that she would be content to be a housewife and mother, which really is a lovely choice wherever possible.
Instead, I find myself getting increasingly annoyed with her as her role expands.
As far as Gorelick advising Jared, that is even more distressing. So what we have here is President
Trump’s liberal adviser (Jared) being advised by another liberal adviser (Gorelick). They just keep pushing their way inside. And now with Gorelick advising Ivanka, I’d say that Trojan Horse is working well for the other side.
Gorelick is an independent advisor to Ivanka’s Trust.
Lord have mercy. Is Gorelick an advisor to Jared’s Trust???

It most certainly does, 100%. I wish both Ivanka and Jared would GO BACK HOME!
I believe Ivanka can’t run (or Donald Jr. or Eric) because their mother wasn’t a citizen when they were born.
Is it just me? Tiffany, Eric, and Barron seem more down-to-earth than the othe two.
Does anyone know if Ruthless Bannon has talked about Gorelick in the past?
