Dear Roy Williams: If you can't tell the difference between what is a male, and what is a female, perhaps it is you who has a "bullsh*t" problem.
In case you missed it, after their win over Miami in the quarterfinal round of the ACC basketball tournament, Williams was asked about the impact (on recruiting and media attention) of having the ACC tournament in a big city such as New York (the site of this year's tournament), as opposed to a city like Greensboro, North Carolina (a frequent host city).
Williams answered,
"It used to be much more [important to play in a big market] than I think it is now. Now everybody has got social media, and we don't need The New York Times to find out what in the dickens is going on in our country. You know, our president tweets out more bulls--- than anybody I've ever seen. We've got social media. In the old days, there's no question it was the media capital of the world, but I'm not sure it is right now."

This boy needs to STHU and stick to playing with his balls. He’s in over his head.
Yeah, as is the case with most entertainers.
I’ve been to Greensboro a few times. Sorry, but I don’t like the barbecue. The same goes for New York.
I didn’t know there was such a thing as bad barbecue, only degrees of good. :)
Who the hell is Roy Williams, and why should I give a damn?..............
Face it, folks, MOST degrees issued today are in bullsh*t.
UNC crying about not have Home Field Advantage every year for the tourney. Boo Frickin’ Hoo.
Well, Williams got his degree about 45 years ago, but I know what you’re saying...
Many moons ago, when I was an undergraduate at NC State and Jesse Helms was a Raleigh TV editorialist, North Carolina leaders were debating the merits of a rather expensive state zoo. Jesse’s take was that the state legislature should fund the construction of a great wall around Chapel Hill. His reasoning was that with one expenditure North Carolina would create the “world’s largest collection of exotic creatures known to man” and protect the rest of the state from the inevitable degradation of civil society resulting from uncontrolled migration into and out of Chapel Hill. No offense intended toward UNC alumni, but perhaps Jesse was ahead of his time.
Ol Roy learned from the biggest dick headed liberal. Dean Smith. Eff him and Chapel Hill.
Their BBQ sucks cause they don’t use whole hog.
“You know, our president tweets out more bulls-— than anybody I’ve ever seen.”
Roy Williams is another PC college coach because he recruits mostly black players. I have no respect for this man especially after the whole fake class scandal a few years back with phantom African American studies courses and credits added to some of his players who were failing school so they could stay eligible and play. This went on for years. Williams of course denied knowledge of the scheme, but ten of his fifteen players on the national championship team in 2005 were Afro-American Studies majors, and the NCAA discovered that this fake class scheme was occurring during that time frame. The guy doesn’t care if the black kids he recruits actually get an education. He just uses them to win basketball games and pad his own reputation and wallet. Sounds like a Democrat to me!
Stamey’s is the Greensboro barbecue institution, it’s directly across the road from the Coliseum. I’d rate it as just OK in the pantheon of great NC barbecue joints, a little dry for my taste, it depends too much upon the sauce. Short Sugar’s about 20 miles north is far superior but tough to classify, it’s not really Lexington style, eastern NC style or western NC style, but it’s good. I’d even take the Smithfield’s chain barbecue over Stamey’s. But, that’s just me.
Much truth to what he said. Yes, Trump does “tweet” too much (unfortunately he has to because very few are willing to step to the plate for him). And yes, Jim Boeheim can go to Hades. Freakin’ New Yorkers ::spit::.
The ACC doesn’t need “big cities” such as New York. You joined the league now get with the program. Assimilate or go elsewhere. The ACC got along just fine without Syracuse in the past. Who knows? Maybe Boehiem and Syracuse will fare better than 7th in a “big city” league?
I have a number of friends from up north who looked forward to the ACC Tournament each year because it allowed them a chance to come south and get in a few rounds of early golf along with an opportunity to watch some of the best college basketball in the country. Haha! Of course, this year would have been a bust as we have snow in the forecast for this weekend. (GRRRRrrr....)
If you don’t like the show, hey, you can always change the channel.
HA! Good point! (Especially those obtained by the liberal snowflakes so prevalent across U.S. universities.)
Didn’t know Smith was a liberal. Sad.
Ooops! Oh well, Williams deserves to be called out often for his B.S.
Dean Smith was a Democrat and liberal in some ways but not liberal in others. He didn’t inject politics into his career as UNC basketball coach, either.
