Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline has declared that Russia hacked the election by blogging, and thus altering peoples perception of failed Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
(video at link)
Appearing on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Fox News, Cicilline made a slew of outrageous claims, but his repeated assertions that Russia hacked the election by blogging was perhaps the greatest.
When asked, very directly, by Carlson if Russia influenced the outcome of the election, Cicilline puffed up his chest and interrupted, repeating the talking point that 17 intelligence agencies found that they did.
The claim stems from a highly-anticipated declassified US intelligence report, which aimed to prove that Russia supported Donald Trump as the US presidential candidate, that turned out to be a huge embarrassment. The annex that contained factual material that was thought to provide evidence that the RT television channel influenced the American public was actually compiled in December 2012, right after the reelection of Barack Obama.
The report focuses on television shows and interviews that took place four years before Trump was elected, and well before he was even a politician. It also zeroed in on two RT shows, Breaking the Set and Truthseeker, which focused on criticism of US. The problem is, both of these shows were off air before the 2016 election season began. If the report is true and RT the Almighty was swinging votes in 2012, the only beneficiary of the coverage was the now-outgoing president of the United States, who won a landslide victory over Republican Mitt Romney.
Carlson went on to ask Cicilline, since he read the report, how exactly Russia influenced the outcome of the US election.
They document a very sophisticated campaign at the direction of Vladimir Putin, that included fake news, online uh blogging, the hacking of the DNC, the releasing of the emails, Cicilline rambled.
Carlson interrupted, once again straight forwardly asking if there is any evidence any evidence at all that Russia changed the outcome of the election with those alleged efforts.
We dont know that because it had to do with changing the voters perception, Cicilline asserted, essentially saying that American citizens are incapable of critical thought. There is evidence that they hacked into our election process, well never know that.

Carlson asked if he was alleging that Russia hacked into the voting machines and changed the outcome.
No, no, they hacked into our system where they released emails, they broke into the DNC, where they did online blogging, fake news Cicilline shouted. Those things presumably effected some voters judgement.
Carlson, stunned by Cicillines allegations, responded with, online blogging? Should that be illegal? What are you talking about? They wrote things you dont like? Thats hacking?
Cicilline ignored the question, but went on to claim that the Russians were also responsible for Brexit.
Just another in a massive number of examples which show clearly that the politically irrelevant Democrat/Left should be treated as such ... and their constant complaining ignored — totally and without comment dismissed as the petty torments they are.
stands to reason then that the MSM hacked the election by reporting negative fake news about Trump, and still are. Does that make them legally culpable?
Easy...live in Rhode Island.
I think you meant to say...”aks her”.
Agreed- go on offense.
I agree. What is wrong with these people? What have they been drinking or eating? Have they always been this stuck on stupid? I did read on FB that they have been and this election uncovered it. Sometimes I wonder what country they are living in. Bless their hearts.
Where do all these idiots come from? No wonder our nation is in such a mess.
Good gawd, is there a single elected democrat with an ounce of integrity, intelligence and critical thinking?
How many “intelligence agencies” does the Fed Gov have?
100’s??
I pray 2018 corrects the mistake that is the DNC.

U.S. Senator Colludes With Russians to Influence Presidential Election
By J. Christian Adams March 2, 2017
Yes, a United States senator really did collude with the Russians to influence the outcome of a presidential election. His name was Ted Kennedy.
While Sen. Al Franken (D-Ringling Bros.) and other Democrats have the vapors over a truthful, complete, and correct answer Attorney General Jeff Sessions gave in his confirmation hearing, it’s worth remembering the reprehensible behavior of Senator Ted Kennedy in 1984.
This reprehensible behavior didn’t involve launching an Oldsmobile Delmont 88 into a tidal channel while drunk. This reprehensible behavior was collusion with America’s most deadly enemy in an effort to defeat Ronald Reagan’s reelection.
You won’t hear much about that from CNN and the clown from Minnesota.
To recap, from Forbes:
He kept repeating the 17 Agencies BS.
Obama let one Agency share information with 16 others a Month before he left Office.
The guy made it sound like 17 Agencies investigated it and came to the same conclusion, minus any evidence of course.
Unfortunately, addled braindead Liberals and Anti-Trumpers eat this stuff up, and the Democrats know it.
What about all those EU bloggers who supported Hillary? Weren’t they also trying to influence the election?
No, they are all conniving Liars that want nothing but Morons Voting for them so they can retain power.
Notice they don’t just disagree with someone, they lie and distort to personally destroy anyone who gets in their way.
MSNBC is counting the “seconds” President Trump has been in Office?
Well, then. Thank God for the Russians
I think that is the countdown clock to the program they are showing at 10 PM.
This RAT infestation is weird. These RATs want to exterminate the occupants of the house instead of the other way around.
That is one of the best places for them to be.
Do you want them to operate on you, defend you in a murder trial, manage your money, or run a business that you work for. No, I don’t think so.
So what if they did?
NO!! Need you even ask?
