Brothers and Sisters in Christ, please pray for us. The oppression is palpable and the lives and futures of two young children are at stake. Satan would love to see them and their parents destroyed, and to date he's had leeway. My husband cannot abandon his children, we are asking for primary custody so they can have stability and a healthy environment. Mom needs serious mental health therapy if possible. Although it's not likely therapy would help her, the children need to be rescued and protected from her pathology. The current situation is destroying the children and we are crying out for the Lord's intervention. This case has been dragging out for years while the children become sicker. Please pray the judge ends this suffering tomorrow by placing them in the healthiest environment. Thanks so much, thank you Lord for your Will and Victory.

God is definitely in charge and His will WILL be done. As you know once you get custody she will still have influence on those children. In most states once the children reach age 13 they can decide where NB they live.

I also pray for their physical safety.

Will pray for the children for sure! We went though this years ago and it's a nightmare! In our case it was all about the money; if we got custody then wacky mom would not get the money she wanted... so my husband offered her a deal. We'll leave the shared visitation order as it but we'll take the kids AND still pay the child support so she could take them out and do fun things when they come visit, etc. And would you believe she agreed? And that within just a few short months she didn't even want the visitations anymore? It was GREAT! I paid biweekly and never missed a payment, not once, all the up through 18th birthdays. It was tough, and I hated it... but paying her to stay away was much better than fighting or sharing with a crazy person! I mention this in case it could work in your situation as well... believe me, we NEVER thought she would say yes but she did, and then slowly disappeared from our lives, as long as the checks were there and on-time!

When you are in court please do not use the word WE. The court sees this as strictly between the biological parents and many family court judges will ding you for overstepping your boundaries.

If it comes up, you’re willing to be a stepparent but everything, discipline, church whatever will be between the mother and father.
