Yeah those two. Logan's run is even less well known. I mean I'm 30 and I see plenty of nice lookers in their 30s.

I'd like to see the elite left get it in their own carusel and soylent factory!

Eugenics was Da Bomb in American politics during the Progressive Era.

You can find speeches on the subject by Teddy Roosevelt that you’d swear came straight from the mouth of Hitler.

Actually Teddy Roosevelt plagiarized freely from his own English translation of Frederick Nietzsche.

Nietzsche was mostly unknown in the US at the time, but the journalist H.L. Mencken, a critic of TR, who was also an expert of both the English and German languages, *also* translated Nietzsche.

TR was too politically powerful to directly challenge at the time, so the already successful author Mencken instead published a “vanity press” of a few hundred copies for his friends. On one page would be part of a speech by TR, and on the opposite page the text of Nietzsche, very similar indeed.

In retrospect, it can be said that TR was philosophically much like a National Socialist Progressive; whereas Woodrow Wilson was an Internationalist Socialist Progressive.

The operable word is socialist.
