YUGE Election Fraud in California To Be Investigated
Canada Free Press ^ | 01/26/17 | Katy Grimes

Dead Voters, Fake Voters, Illegal Voters and Non-Voters

President Donald Trump announced last evening an investigation into election and voter fraud is coming. “I will be asking for a major investigation into VOTER FRAUD, including those registered to vote in two states, those who are illegal and even those registered to vote who are dead (and many for a long time). Depending on results, we will strengthen up voting procedures!” Trump tweeted.

This is music to the ears of many California voters—especially those whose party registrations were changed right before the June Primary, ensuring a Hillary Clinton win over challenger Bernie Sanders. California was a crucial state for both Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, but the election was called for Clinton minutes after the polls closed, but before millions of provisional ballot votes were counted.

Compare the AB60 database with the state income tax data reported to the California Franchise Tax Board.

Surely, the two database systems can extract and compare certain data fields.

Toss in the welfare and Medical database and have a trifecta of crimes to be prosecuted.

All DJT can really do is publicize the findings and delegitimize the states.

Another thread here on FR indicated that California was removing the "undocumented" flag from their driver's license database.

It would be very interesting to cross reference the undocumented names with the California voter registration roles, but of course if California removes the undocumented flag, it will be much harder to do.

Definitely. I think it should be a MANDATORY question that any registrant answer whether they are registered to vote somewhere else. Further, I think every college should be required to confirm and document as part of its data keeping to record the same data and report it to the state or federal government.

Trump promised to restore the rule of law. Investigating voter fraud is a good place to start. However, there are several other areas he has mentioned in passing that must be investigated thoroughly to truly drain the swamp.

I am starting to fear that he will NOT investigate the Clinton Foundation - the one scam in DC that everyone knows about, but they all ignore it. This is the one investigation that would send a message to everyone on both sides of the aisle. It is also the one that would absolutely leave the MSM with no credibility as many media types have actively defended the foundation and refused to look into the obvious malfeasance. He said he would appoint a special prosecutor to “look into her situation.” He needs to follow through with this.

Trump could also play political hardball with the left and unravel the Soros mess. Soros is playing a game where he runs money through multiple organizations to gin up the anarchists on the far left. I believe some of this would qualify as inciting a riot and some of it also violates campaign finance laws. How, you say? Soros is only allowed to give a set amount to candidates - by employing all these shell organizations he can give far more money and even more beyond that targeting the opponents. I am sick of this man interfering in our elections. They accuse the Russians, but what about Soros interfering in our elections?

Take UCSB, Calpoly SLO, and UCD as examples. That’s about 20,000 single-minded that skew the politics of the respective counties.

The students must vote in the precinct where they file their tax returns (mommy’s house).

It is, or at least should be, the responsibility of the state in which you seek to register to vote to validate eligibility. Voters found to be registered in other states should be denied registration until they are disenrolled from the other states. States already electronically communicate with each other regarding issuance of drivers licenses. A voter registration check between states would be an easy safeguard to implement.

There is no evidence of fraud. But there soon will be.

Democrat voter fraud has been legend since I was a kid, back in the late 1940s. And I’m now an OLD codger. I hope and pray that Trump launches a serious investigation.

“The illegality is not in being registered in two places, it is in VOTING in two
places.”

Correctomundo. Duplicate registrations are likely due to rolls that haven’t been purged. How can the Registrar know a voter has moved or died, if no one informs the Registrar’s office?
The voter’s family has likely forgotten.
These duplicate registrations can be abused thru the absentee ballots. But those people are few and catching each one isn’t priority right now.

First go after the states, cities, welfare systems, and motor voter schemes that are signing up illegals to vote.
Then look hard at the absentee ballot abuses.
Let’s really go after the back room organized activists who are being paid to fill out fraudulent voter registration cards and mail-in ballots.

FOLLOW THE MONEY-—they had tons of money to fix the presidential election, a voter fraud campaign they hoped might alter the course of the elections not to mention the future of the United States.

Obama and Congressional Democrats——with a huge assist from then-AG Eric Holder——gaven NeighborWorks America (formerly ACORN) and La Raza a huge funding source of tax dollars (to achieve Obama’s dream of a permanent Democrat majority?).

<><> Obama/Holder/Dems extorted banks via DOJ litigation/bank settlements——into paying off these nefarious organizations.

DOJ went after CitiCorp and ordered them to pay $50 million to La Raza and NeighborWorks America as part of the settlement.

Another clause in the agreement makes it possible for La Raza and NeighborWorks America to rake in even larger amounts of money.

Of the remaining money the banks needed to pay in settlements, the banks were able to contribute additional money to La Raza and NeighborWorks America. For every dollar they contribute, it reduces their debt to the government by 2 dollars. That’s some mighty powerful incentive to give generously.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling have questioned why this money was sent to the ACORN clone and the blood-thirsty LaRaza——rather than to the alleged victims of the bank’s crime. The administration of course declined to answer.

Here’s part of the Congressmen’s letter to Holder: “It seems that the alleged victims are not the primary beneficiaries of these multi-billion dollar settlements. Instead, the terms in the Justice Department’s two latest settlements look less like consumer relief and more like a scheme to funnel money to politically favored special interest groups.”

“This makes donations to activist groups far more attractive to banks than providing direct relief to injured consumers. As a result, the settlements appear to serve as a vehicle for funding activist groups rather than as a means of securing relief for consumers actually harmed.”

AND THIS-—Obama bullied bank to pay racial settlement without proof: report
NY Post ^ | 2/7/2016 | Paul Sperry / FR Posted by DCdude

Newly uncovered internal memos reveal the Obama administration knowingly exaggerated charges of racial discrimination in probes of Ally Bank and other defendants in the $900 billion car-lending business as part of a racial justice campaign that’s looking more like a massive government extortion and shakedown operation

Obama’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has reached more than $220 million in settlements with several auto lenders since the agency launched its anti- discrimination crusade against the industry in 2013. Several other banks are under active investigation. That’s despite the fact that the CFPB had no actual complaints of racial discrimination-— it was all just based on half-baked statistics.

A 23-page internal report detailing CFPB’s strategy for going after lenders shows why these companies are forking over millions of dollars in restitution and fines to the government despite denying any wrongdoing.

CFPB applied the screws to Ally, saying it had statistical evidence showing its participating dealers were œmarking up loan prices for blacks and Hispanics vs. whites (by an average of $3 a month). Ally fought back, insisting non-discriminatory factors, such as credit history, down payments, trade-ins, promotions and rate- shopping, explained differences in loan pricing. After conducting a preliminary regression analysis, the bank found these factors alone accounted for at least 70 percent of the “racial disparities” the government was claiming.

CFPB admits in the memo that it never considered these or other legitimate business aspects of the car deals it investigated

Also in its initial rebuttal, Ally complained CFPB’s entire case was based on disparate impact statistics, not actual complaints by consumers, and that those estimates relied on guesswork about the race of the borrowers. (The auto industry does not report borrower race, so CFPB tried to ID race by last name and ZIP code, so-called proxy method that is wildly inaccurate.)

5 years for EACH ILLEGAL VOTE!

They'll need some pretty good healthcare if we're going to keep them in jail for 150 million years.

No. Just the various states checking with each other as a part of the registration process. Same as they currently do with drivers licenses.

When I lived in the heavily Democrat New Orleans area, the Registrar periodically sent me a postcard that said, “We are purging our voter registration rolls of voters who may have died or moved away. If you do not receive this card, please contact this office immediately.”

Yes. It is. I went through a REAL ID drivers license and I actually was glad about it here in Georgia. An illegal couldn’t get a license illegally here with it being in force. IMO, true citizenship should be proven and irrefutable and require that needed to prove it.
