An incensed President-Elect Donald Trump has asked the First Amendment gurus on his legal team if it is permissible to expel or restrict CNN and BuzzFeed News personnel from White House press corps, a transition insider told True Pundit.

At a raucous press conference Wednesday Trump warned BuzzFeed and CNN “would suffer the consequences” for publishing “fake news” about him, though he did not elaborate.

I sure hope that can be done. They have proven not to be trust worthy. I had to have a license in my profession and if I breached that license through some kind of ethical breech, it would have been suspended and further more that suspension would have been published in the official publication of my profession. Why should reporters be different? If anything, they should be held to a stronger standard because of the damage they can do to others through false stories.

I contend that if you turn on CNN at any given moment, there will be someone on there with some negative story, or commentary on Trump. MSNBC most the time also, but you can be sure, that CNN will be carrying something as well.

This is not free speech, or an open press. This is a full court press to undermine our country.

I don’t think I would limit their access, I just won’t be calling them during the conferences, and I would seat them in the back.

Exclusionary policy-making often winds up biting the very people who do it. Such as when the scoundrel Harry Reid changed the rules on U.S. Senate votes to the so-called nuclear option.

Excluding certain newspaper and radio reporters is how Adolph Hitler began to change Germany's national policies.

If Acosta shows up for a White House press conference, seat him at the back of the room. If a different CNN reporter shows up, seat them up front. Won't be long before Acosta loses his White House correspondent position with CNN. Think of all the acrimonious fun times that would cause among the prima donnas back at CNN headquarters.

Free Republic would have to go through the White House vetting process and be certified a legitimate news organization.

But I guess the real answer to your question is, you'd probably get kicked out. either literally or figuratively.
