This afternoon, members of the Energy & Commerce Committee's Select Investigative Panel revealed on the House floor some of the results of their nearly year-long investigation of Planned Parenthood's baby parts trafficking business. Rep. Mia Love announced that the Panel has referred Planned Parenthood and some of its biggest business partners to state, federal, and local law enforcement for criminal prosecution:
Email from David Daleiden:
Today, the House Energy & Commerce Committees Select Investigative Panel announced that they have referred Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast for criminal prosecution to the Texas Attorney General on account of its illegal sale of baby body parts. The Select Panel is the only official, comprehensive, nationwide investigation of Planned Parenthoods harvesting and sale of aborted fetal organs, and their findings confirm the criminal activity at Planned Parenthood that CMPs videos documented and show that the wrongdoing goes even deeper than anyone first suspected. The Panel has also criminally referred Planned Parenthoods closest business partners in the sale of aborted baby parts to various state and local law enforcement. Law enforcement and elected representatives at all levels must now act quickly to bring Planned Parenthood to justice under the law and prevent any more taxpayer subsidies from flowing to Planned Parenthoods barbaric criminal enterprise.
Act too soon and Obama will pardon them everything.
Shutting PP down directly will be much more effective in ending abortion than waiting for the SC to finally have enough justices to overturn roe v wade, then work through all the states such as NY and CA
Yes they should have waited for sessions to take over as AG
Obama can’t do jack about state and local criminal charges.
WOOOOOOHOOOOOO! GRRRRRRRREAT news!
HOORAY David Daleiden
Planned Parenthood — the legalized baby assassins.
I do not think the power of Presidential Pardon extends to entities like Planned Parenthood.
Amen! And like his namesake, a Lion for Almighty God...
