What next for Hillary investigation?

Jerome R. Corsi On 11/16/2016

NEW YORK – Since FBI Director James Comey closed the reopened criminal investigation in Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information two days before the election, the question remains whether or not an investigation would be resumed under the incoming Trump administration.

WND has now confirmed with the New York Police Department that in the days leading up to the presidential election on Nov. 8, the FBI terminated the NYPD investigation of Clinton’s emails on former congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop, demanding that the laptop and all 650,000 State Department emails be taken to the FBI in Washington.

The move by the FBI in D.C. to shut down the NYPD investigation set the stage for Comey to declare in a letter to Congress Nov. 6 that the newly discovered emails did not change the FBI’s original conclusion not to refer criminal charges.

WND has also confirmed with the NYPD that the FBI in Washington has blocked the NYPD from making any arrests in the Weiner “sexting” case involving an underage 15-year-old girl.

Make your voice heard by adding your name to the petition to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the corruption and crimes of Hillary Clinton.

The girl told Buzzfeed News that Comey’s decision “upset” her

“The last thing I wanted was to have this become political propaganda,” she said.

Consequently, there appears to be no ongoing NYPD or FBI investigation either into the State Department emails found on Weiner’s laptop or into Weiner’s allegedly criminal actions sending sexually explicit text messages via the Internet to an underage girl.

Nevertheless, Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, a member of the House Judiciary Committee has told WND he intends to continue pressing for the House Judiciary Committee to obtain copies of all 650,000 State Department emails found on Weiner’s laptop.

How does the FBI control the NYPD? Other than telling DeCommieo to shut it down.

I know the liberals just want all this to go away.

It seems to me that, now that we have a new administration coming in, that we should pick up with the investigation and see where it goes.

Clearly the FBI investigation was compromised. And that happened for political reasons.

Justice should be administered regardless of who is involved.

I don’t know that Hillary and her people should be indicted. But that decision should be made dispassionately by trained legal professionals, who make these determinations in our criminal justice system.

Pick up where they left off, continue the process which was so abruptly terminated (because she was Hillary Clinton), and let the chips fall where they may.

Not sure how Trump can back away from his “because you’d be in jail”
comment during the debate.

He also pledged to appoint a Special Prosecutor.

Preserve the rule of law. The investigations must continue. Note: I think President Elect Trump needs to refer all questions to AG-designate Jeff Sessions from now on.

I’ve said this before here. When we have an honest and honorable FBI Director AND the same kind of Attorney General, we will get the outcome we expect that will occur for Hillary and company. Whether by direct indictment by the DOJ, a grand jury or whatever. HONEST Americans in charge will do what’s right.

She plays the “I’m too sick to go to prison” card and Obama pardons her on his way out the door.

It started the other day with her appearance in that speech.

Proof that on Jan 20, President Trump should instruct the Justice Dept to appoint a special prosecutor. Now is the right answer a special prosecutor for each separate investigation, or one that handles all?

Yes, first no make-up, then a wheelchair and some admission that she’s got Parkinsons. Then the pardon. Trump will have to eat his words or look like a meanie. So it’ll be up to the NYPD to put up or shut up.

She looks like hell because of many sleepless nights wondering what’s going to happen next. And hangovers.

Sen. Jeff Sessions: Senate Must Investigate FBI’s ‘Breathtaking’ Destruction of Evidence, Immunity to Cheryl Mills

Neil W. McCabe
6 Oct 2016
Washington

Sen. Jeff Sessions tells radio talk show Howie Carr he’s lost confidence in FBI Director James B. Comey Jr.

The Alabama Republican adds that he thinks the Senate should investigate how the FBI granted immunity to Clinton Foundation director Cheryl Mills and destroyed evidence under congressional subpoena.

“I was a U.S. attorney and an assistant U.S. attorney before that and I have been through a lot of these issues,” Sessions says.

Sessions said when he was a Department of Justice lawyer, he worked regularly with FBI agents and he was always impressed by their professionalism and their apolitical approach to their work....

It would be very difficult for Trump to back away from having his AG appoint an ‘independent counsel’ (AKA ‘special prosecutor’), unless he wanted to offer Hillary a pardon.

Note that a president can impose humiliating conditions on a pardon.

In the case of Nixon, his underlings went down while he himself was not prosecuted. There’s some sense in such a situation as it is would-be henchmen that need the real warnings. By the time someone gets to Hillary’s status, they are old and irredeemable.

No sense in pursuing this until a new DOJ head is installed.

If the FBI has that laptop now Zero and Comey will see to it that the evidence is “properly taken care of.”

Theres a rumor Hillary filed for divorce

That's a photoshopped New York State divorce petition that is floating around the web. About as real as Dan Rather's "fake but accurate" TH letter.

It is best to lay low until Trump is in so there is less incentive for Obozo to grant pardons. Once Trump is in nail her and the rest.

The applicable laws must be applied to the behavior and actions of Antony Weiner and his spouse, Huma Abedin.

Otherwise, it is anarchy and chaos.

Our New Attorney General Spells Trouble for Hillary Clinton
by S. Noble • November 18, 2016

Bloomberg is reporting that Trump’s longtime backer, Senator Jeff Sessions, will become the U.S. Attorney General. Many of us will not miss Loretta Lynch and her unjust Justice Department.

The 69-year old, four term Alabama Republican Conservative holds a tough stance on illegal immigration and so-called “free” trade that are bad deals for American workers. He does not believe that non-immigrants in the U.S. have consitutional rights and is opposed to efforts to overhaul prison sentencing.

Sessions, a former federal prosecutor, defended Trump’s call to temporarily shut down Muslim immigration into the U.S. He felt it appropriate to begin to discuss it.

Sessions, the son of a grocery store owner, received his undergraduate degree from Huntingdon College in Montgomery and his law degree from the University of Alabama. After years in private practice, he became the U.S. attorney for Alabama in 1981 at age 34. Sessions has served as a captain in the Army Reserve and as an Alabama state attorney general.

A decision that will hit his desk early-on will be whether to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton’s email practices. Sessions called for a special prosecutor before the election.

“The fundamental thing is you cannot be Secretary of State of the United States of America and use that position to extort or seek contributions to your private foundation,” Sen. Sessions told a CNN host recently. “That is a fundamental violation of law and that does appear to have happened here.”....
