This is good, that he is asking for their input. A refreshing change.

Plans for this are already in place. That is what the Pentagon does, they are called contingency plans and would be submitted upon request.

The defeat ISIS Plans are located under more important items that Obama has prioritized, such as:

Domestic military contingencies to respond to Trump rally violence

Military response to defend LBGTQFH bathhouses

Distribution of phones and other goodies for Oct. 23 to Nov. 7th in key locations (read ghettos).

ISIS is already defeated, and they may be vanquished by the time Trump is inaugurated. The challenge for the generals will be to come up with a plan to get rid of Assad, along with the Russian and Iranians Obama invited to invade Syria, that doesn't involve getting the entire world blown up in the process.

Captain America: “We need a plan of attack.”

Iron Man: “I have a plan. Attack!”

Would, “We win; they lose” count as a plan? Isn’t that what Reagan said?

Just remember that all the Generals have been replaced with Obama’s people. Trump needs fire any who have.

Here’s the plan, as simple as it may seem. Ally with Putin and Assad, coordinate the destruction of every ISIS strong hold, no one in no one out. Apply the British approach, like Air Marshal Harris did when bombing Germany. Collateral damage? Hell, Dresden received 100% collateral damage, everyone there was the target, including the refugees fleeing west, even our own captured service men in prison camps. The ISIS vermin brought it upon themselves with their savage behavior. They deserve the most powerful swift sword to put an end to them.

Our generals will immediately submit a plan to depose Assad.
