The military has had 14 years to defeat ISIS and its Muslim terrorist predecessors. Bush and especially Obama tied their hands. However, there has to be a strategy to win and not take another decade and a half. Otherwise, the United States needs to withdraw.

Do you know that it is Barky's National Security Council that has made so many restrictions, that ISIS cannot be decisively engaged?
