August 12, 2016 Waller County Judge posted the following on Facebook in the group called “Waller County News.
Trey Duhon – This underlines my point.. Micah Johnson… The guy that threatened put a bullet in Elton Mathis’ head to solve the guns in the courthouse… Listen to what I say next VERY carefully… It’s not the BLM or Texas Carry group that is the issue… It’s the rhetoric that they employ to deliver a message that can affect some people (those who might not be stable or law-abiding) and inflame them to take action into their own hands. Case in point here – instead of a civil discourse and agreeing that the courts need to clear up a clear ambiguity in the law, we demonize and vilify anyone with an opposing viewpoint to the point that it becomes demagoguery and propaganda… Sometimes done intentionally go get media attention or raise funds for a certain agenda.

Perhaps you are not reading it the way it was intended? That he is stating that by his actions he has in effect put the DA in grave danger? That even though he is dead he still has created an ongoing threat to law and order. That would be my guess.

If you have a point to make and feel it's newsworthy, so be it...however, expecting anyone on this, a (usually) rabid conservative forum, to go to Facebook to read about it is unrealistic, as most are just like me...they will not sign up on Facebook for anything.
So, give us more information and background and try to do it in a lucid manner.
Oh, and for the record...Facebook sucks.
