Well, now, that last sentence is interesting to say the least. I’ll see how this breaks before I offer any speculation. BTT
He did not confirm nor deny. He had an opportunity to deny. Why would WikiLeaks offer a reward. It would have been very easy to not even comment on the Seth Rich murder. But he did.

Pictures of Rich always show him drinking beer, going to a ball game, being in a bar, he looks like he was a partyer and I’m sure a nice guy... but would he have the know-how to pull this off? Dump emails, I have questions. But someone sure did.
He said from the beginning, their policy is to never affirm or deny their sources.
