So did Seth Rich’s family.
And so did Scalia’s.
I think he tried to give enough hints hoping people will dig, but to say it would end the organization and possibly him....and saying it might still not be enough. Its sort of like playing the long game. Hopefully they’ve got other stuff.

No, he DIDN'T punk out - he assured his sources they will not be exposed.
At the same time, he made it obvious Rich was a source without directly saying so.
Assange needs to put out or get out. I don’t believe he’s got anything more significant. All hot air.

The last sentence sure doesn’t sound like a punk out to me. In fact, it is rather threatening.

Assange realizes he has said too much already.
If he continues to advertise that his sources may wind up DEAD thanks to corrupt, statist, vicious insider government lesbian grandmothers, it could put a damper on those willing to provide him information.
