Hillary and Obama had to know. Obama is briefed daily. DOD doesn’t do anything without notifying the POTUS. Anything involved outside the USA would require notice to STATE of which Hillary was the top dog. If she didn’t know, then she was not doing her job.

This proves she is not anti-gun (s). She just wants to be the one who decides who can have them whether abroad or on US soil. A great Trump campaign commercial would highlight this Syrian weapons traffic and then show the clip from her acceptance speech when she said she wanted to keep guns out of the hand of people who should not have them.
