Yes, got the call for my biopsy; it is cancer.
Prayers for you, for healing of body and peace of mind and spirit.
My mother survived breast cancer twice, and my best friend has reached six years without recurrence.
(((hugs)))
I pray God touches you with His healing love and keeps you in good spirits.
The clinics are staffed with many up-to-date specialists who can decide on a team basis the optimum treatment based on the specific details of your case and the latest research. The survival rates have increased dramatically in just the past decade if you are treated by the experts.
The outcome of your case will not be based upon simple luck or the best wishes and prayers from your friends and sympathetic folks on this forum. It will be based primarily upon you making timely, wise choices. Help yourself. The odds are much in your favor.
Prayers for your successful treatment and for your full and speedy recovery !
Thank you all, FRiends!
I do want to say I have been struggling with an unknown head ailment for 3 months straight now. Chronic pressure, often instability; unlike my previous chronic (but not daily) headache problems. MRI (no contrast) ordered by internist seemed normal to her/radiologist.
It scares me that somehow this may be cancer spread. Sorry, I just have to say it! Albeit there are other things leading up to it that may indicate some other problem.
Your post caused me to log-in after a long, long lapse. I was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor and I was overwhelmed by the urgency of the medical industry, literally I was swept up into a juggernaut of appointments, tests etc., until just a week before I was scheduled for my first invasive surgery. My background is that I’ve always been bulletproof and I’ve never ever had any desire to be around doctors.
My son suggested I watch a Youtube called “Run from the Cure” by Rick Simpson.
I did, and thereafter made the decision to halt the procedures.
I am, of course, still utilizing my oncologist to monitor the situation. I’ve been on the treatment for a month now and I’ve experienced a measurable positive, which is sleeping a full eight hours. I don’t know when I’ll be re-scanned for status, so I can’t give you any concrete results.
I did, however, want to make you aware of this alternative and suggest that you devote yourself to information gathering. Best wishes and a prayer.
Keep your Faith up and picture yourself sitting in His lap, with His arms around you, as you talk with Him.
More prayers up for you an yours.
Best wishes.
They will use treatment based on your DNA.
Hormone therapy or a medicine for certain markers you have or directed radiation.
Have several friends with it, some also with lung cancer and they are expected to live their full life, so don’t be of little faith.
Medicine has come a long way since 96 when my mom died. Way beyond Tomaxathin today.
Merciful Heaven...!
Praying for you, FRiend! God give you grace and strength!
If it helps... I’m a leukemia survivor. You can do this!
Prayers for you. May God give you peace of mind as you travel this arduous journey.
