I think Donald Trump likely will defeat Hillary Clinton, simply because she is such a terrible candidate. But if the current trend toward anti-Trump riots and violence continues, Trump could win going away.
Last night in Orange County, Trump addressed a crowd of thousands. Anti-Trump demonstrators, some waving Mexican flags, attacked policemen and bystanders. The liberal Los Angeles Times reports:
Hundreds of demonstrators filled the street outside the Orange County amphitheater where Donald Trump held a rally Thursday night, stomping on cars, hurling rocks at motorists and forcefully [!] declaring their opposition to the Republican presidential candidate.
Traffic came to a halt as a boisterous crowd walked in the roadway, some waving American and Mexican flags. Protesters smashed a window on at least one police cruiser, punctured the tires of a police sport utility vehicle, and at one point tried to flip a police car.
One Costa Mesa police officer was struck in the head by a rock thrown by a protestor, authorities said.
The rioters “appeared to be mostly Latinos in their late teens and 20s.” Seventeen were arrested.
Riots continued today at the California GOP convention south of San Francisco. Protesters blocked traffic so that Trump was forced to exit his vehicle to get to the hotel where the convention was in progress. Riot police made at least five more arrests of violent protesters.
Protesters — some of whom wore bandanas over their faces and carried Mexican flags — blocked off the road in front of the Hyatt Regency here, forcing the GOP front-runner’s motorcade to pull over along a concrete median outside the hotel’s back entrance. Trump and his entourage got out and walked into the building. “That was not the easiest entrance I’ve ever made,” Trump said once he began speaking at the convention, adding, “it felt like I was crossing the border.”
At one point before Trump arrived, about two dozen protesters tried to rush barriers near the hotel. Police officers then rushed to the building’s doors, successfully blocking the protesters from getting in. Some of the doors’ handles were handcuffed from the inside so they couldn’t be forced open.
Several physical altercations, including shoving, could be seen between protesters and police officers, who were using batons to push them back.
After Trump arrived, protesters took down a barrier and flooded the entrance outside the hotel, where police again blocked them from entering. They chanted, “Get him out.”
We are seeing more and more of this kind of thing. Leaving downtown Minneapolis tonight, I bumped into a friend who was steaming because he was delayed by anti-Trump protesters who blocked traffic. Is there something in the Constitution about a right to close down streets and bridges, and delay others who are lawfully going about their business? I must have been absent that day.
Most people really, really don’t like violent protesters. They especially don’t like rioters who wave foreign flags. If there is anything that could guarantee Donald Trump’s election as president, this is it.
UPDATE: One more thing: I love the guy in the photo above, standing in front of a sign that says “Keep Hate Out of America” while flipping a double bird. Liberals are devoid of any sense of irony.
Yesterday at that convention, the gathering was a meeting mostly of the out-of-touch elite. These are the folks who have control of the party, and know what's best for us. It wasn't a group of "friendlies" to Trump by all accounts.
These are the folks who don't dwell in the real world. They live in their gated communities. They're surrounded by their tribe of out-of-touch elitists.
So the protestors demanding the invasion of the US brought their road show to them, at their convention. All of a sudden it's bursting their bubble. Did you notice? They laughed with Trump when he said getting in there was like crossing the border. Mygosh, was that a skillful comment!
So, yeah, anti-civilization thugs! You did yourselves proud. Just keep getting in the faces of the elitist know-it-all globalist facists who are destroying the US. That'll do the trick. (sarcasm of course)
The last the la raza crowd demonstrated with their true flag and voiced their true feelings there was a backlash and within a few days they had switched flags and remarketed themselves as “dreamers”. We can expect similar results this time.
Only if the authorities are allowed to do their jobs.
That’s funny. About what I was thinking, too. Bigger Mexican flags. Throw in a gay pride parade. Old smelly hippies (if there’s no Bernie rally in town). BlackLivesMatter freaks. Bring ‘em all!

In American history, yes, in world history, no. The left have taken over a huge percentage of world land mass and population using extreme violence and they have done it with reletively few fighters in terms of overall population. They have learned that most humans are cowards who won’t fight. The hitch in the USA is that we are armed to the teeth and that there are even now a few million Americans who are oiling up their guns and sighting in their scopes.
I wonder what would happen if riots like this happened all across the country on Election Day.
Imagine rioters blocking access to polling places across the country, especially in swing states......
The rioters give fresh view to what we are really fighting and help point out that Trump is the strongest one against their invasion and the one they fear/hate the most. That won’t hand it to Trump (he took it by running an “unorthodox” but effective campaign) but it may tip his winning margin up a few notches.
The media will adjust their coverage to compensate for this behavior.
The protestors will become “freedom fighters” and “underprivileged immigrants” supporting a noble cause.
The Pope will praise them and encourage Catholics to join their cause.
Trump will be accused of inciting the riots and of spreading racial hatred.
The alternative media is our only hope.
They are witless and unarmed. All they have are slogans and flags. God made tear gas, tasers, and, if need be, bullets for a reason.
If this does not wake up the electorate I don’t know what will. Their very existence depends on the candidate they’re trying to stop.

And Hillary is considering the rabid pro-amnesty Sherrod Brown for a running mate because she thinks he’ll help her win Ohio. Her campaign probably coordinated this riot.
You have that much faith the progressives aren’t going to push this?

Cruz and Kasich are too cowardly to stand against these illegal scum.
You will never get those two do anything about illegal immigration besides giving the illegals what they want because they are owned by the donors and the GOPe.

Trump singlehandedly returned this issue to the forefront months ago, after our overlords had determined it was a settled issue (in favor of the illegals). He’s not just the strongest one; he is practically the ONLY one.

I wouldn’t put it pass the Republican party to tacitly enable Dems steal the election outright (with the Diebold machine shenanigans). For their own continued survival, an 8-year Hillary is much preferable.
Kasich did take a stand didn’t he? Did he not say we are “scaring” these poor Hispanics? He has taken a stand on their side!
