Tough luck, pastafarians. You'll just have to go back to being annoying, dressing like pirates, and pretending to worship a wad of noodles without any of the protections of a real religion
As Dan and I have written several times, militant atheists are so obsessed with a thing they dont believe in - namely faith - that they spend much of their time thinking up creative ways to mock it. This makes them feel clever, superior, and better than the neanderthals that believe in a higher power. If they actually got their wish, and religion became a thing of the past, their egos would collapse under the crushing weight of having nothing to deride.
For the moment, however, religion exists, their hobby is intact, and their mockingly-worshipped deity, the flying spaghetti monster, is still a thing they think is funny.
Pastafarians are atheists with a sense of humor and that’s quite rare among the God-haters & Divine-deniers.
Let them wear their collanders in peace and may the Nothingness be with these lukewarm bags of temporarily organized sentient protoplasm.
;^)

Nice description of the Spaghetti Monster buffoons.
Can the Jedi religion be far behind?
It is funny, no matter how much liberals like to pretend that there’s an separation of church and state vs the reality of an establishment clause (oh, hey SCOTUS, how’s your new religion working out?), the truth is, no court, ever, should say what is and what is not a religion.
A government of the people does not do that.
Hope this one gets tossed... ‘It is not the business of the courts to determine basic educational guidelines, talk to your elected representatives if you want a law changed to suit your mood, case dismissed.’
Thank you. I have no intention of removing my FSM insignia. It’s my antidote to bumper stickers that say, “Jesus, possess us.”
Looks like no hookers and beer volacano for the judge
I’m not all that comfortable with federal courts arrogating to themselves the right to determine what a real religion is and what it isn’t.
Will a Muslim judge one day determine that Islam is the only real religion? I can totally see that happening, and at the pace civilization has been breaking down, probably not as far in the future as one may imagine.
The US ought to do like Germany and declare Scientology to not be a religion.
It’s a strange world that has a FSM religion or atheist prayer beads in it. I’m ready to go to K-pax myself. I’ve had about enough of these humans.
They were all fondled by the FSM’s noodly appendage.
Next they need to take a look at Xenu and operating Thetans.
BOB SAYS SCREAM AS LOUD AS YOU CAN RIGHT NOW!!!
As compared to oily greasy felito?
No thanks.
Go Trump!
But they are bound to, aren't they? When evaluating any claim of protection under the 1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ... "
felito? Is that what Huma does to Hillary?
But, hey, you are a cunning linguist. Thanks for playing.
The problem was and continues to be special treatment for some prisoners. Nothing was solved, just an awful precident of a judge determining what is and is not a religion.
All are equal, some are just a bit more equal than others. In prison. *bangs head against the wall*
What are the smarmy jack-wagons going to do now!?
