I am a Trump supporter but I would like to know if Cruz's comments about Chicago changed the mind of any of his supporters. Is it A) no difference I still support Cruz B) I am rethinking my support for Cruz C) I am now going to support another candidate or not voting?
From what I have read, it seemed like Adams was a little jealous by nature, and Hamilton was a bit impetuous and arrogant. Adams probably felt his contribution to the founding of the country commanded more respect than he got as president (Washington was a tough act to follow). Hamilton probably ran over Adams a time or two with his bias toward action, and his youthful pride, as he endeavored to serve Washington and fire up the federal engines. I haven’t read that it was any specific ideological divide (like Jefferson and Hamilton), just incompatible personalities as far as I have researched it.
Hamilton is probably, to me, the most fascinating founding father, the more I have read of him. Deeply flawed guy, and he made some policy calls I didn’t like here and there as he was basically inventing the practical institution of the federal government, but he was brave and deeply suspect of fallen human nature. That wariness, and his humble beginnings made him personally revolted by slavery and informed his advocacy for the separation of powers. He also seems to have developed into the most devout of the bunch, as he got a bit older and saw the darker side of humanism exhibited in the French Revolution.
You are one of those who has to have a house fall on them. It isn’t just what Cruz said - it’s also what he has done. Remember Iowa? He has thrown in with the Bushes, which is also part of the New World Order, and you still defend this POS? God help you for your lack of discernment.
But it already is!
How well is it working?
He already shut down Hillary’s opening shot on the gender card when he responded by bringing up her own husbands behavior toward women! Do you think any of the gentlemen senators running are going to have the balls to do that?
BTW, look for that “woman reporter” to face Trumps lawyers in court since she filed a false police report (she accused the wrong man, she was grabbed by a secret service or security guy when she touched Trumps arm with an unknown object in her hand)
No, I still support Cruz and I agree with what he said. Trump has brought a nastiness to politics that I have not seen before in my lifetimes. That said, the black lives matter communists are even more nasty.
Will take it the bank.
Thank you very much.
Oh how naive you are. Of course, there haven’t been any fights or riots at the Cruz rallies - he is part of the establishment and is no threat to their way of life. Wise up! You base your vote on this criteria? Trump threatens the establishment, which Cruz is part of - therefore, they will leave him alone. How naive can you be? Deeply naive I guess.
DR Keith Ablow, FOX News psychiatrist consultant, says he was “shocked” by Cruz “rubber stamping” the mob’s violent behavior.....interesting comments on the psyche of the mob

Not sure what you mean by, “You do you support?”
Did Trump's comment :
"They're going to do what I say" about forcing the military to follow illegal orders to kill terrorist's families- change your mind on him?
As for the mob scene at Trump's rally-Cruz supporter Jack Welch(sp?) expressed it best on FOX this morning when he said the commie leftists had no right to shut down Trump's rally and deny his supporters their right to Free Speech.
He said Trump could also could have done better by not calling for punching in the face exc.., but his main point was that people's Free Speech rights should not be violated.
In answer to the question: No, I'm not dropping my support for the Constitutional conservative Ted Cruz because he might have said something better.
And I bet Trump people are not dropping their support for Trump because he might have said something better.
All this daily misrepresenting, hysteria, demonizing and attacking the other side, is not good for either side in the long run ,(and admit I've gotten fed up with Cruz being torn down, and engaged in it too), because when it's all said and done, everybody has to come together to win the general election.
Were you leaning towards any other candidate? IMO, a vote for Rubio in FL is a vote for Trump, because if Rubio wins FL, he stays in the race and will prevent Cruz from overtaking Trump in many upcoming winner take all states, meaning Trump wins those states and likely the nomination. A vote for Cruz or Kasich means Rubio might drop out, meaning Cruz can beat Trump in many more states. That will likely lead to a contested convention rather than an outright Cruz win.
ok...I just sent Cruz another check, wise guy.
You really are stupid, aren’t you? I can’t speak for other Trump supporters, but, I, for one, will NEVER, NEVER, unite behind Cruz or vote for him should he win the nomination. I will leave it blank. There isn’t one iota of difference between Cruz and HIllary - they are both globalists and want a North American Union - which does away with our sovereignty. IT’s a shame that Cruz supporters continue to drink the kool aid and remain so ignorant.
Not at all. I don’t mind Trump being bombastic; however, that does make him a lightening rod.
I’m still trusting Ted
It seems to me that Drudge and other media seem to have it in for Cruz by the way they have posting headlines. I continue to be an ABC voter - anyone but Clinton (or a Democrat) and agree with Ben Carson that Hillary would inflict tremendous damage on the United States. Her election alone would cancel out any credibility remaining after Obama.
Or same week that Glen Beck made the stabbing and Trump being like Hitler comments?
When I head Beck say the things he did, I thought out loud...he is using Alinsky tactics on Trump.
These thugs who attacked me and my 60 year old woman friend were not protesters...they were mob style rent-a-thugs...I was there and saw both.
Saw many people, some supporting Trump, some opposing, and then there were BLM protesters and muslim CAIR protesters...but the people that pounded on the windows of the car, sprayed stuff, etc. were not any of those groups...I did nothing to them and they were seething with pent up range not because of Trump...
The media made a huge deal about the KKK endorsement which turned out to be bogus BTW...and that may be why the thugs were screaming RACIST RACIST at the top of their lungs...but it was rage...not protest...
The media, other candidates and GOPe did nothing to correct the record on that...and so those people think Trump is a racist....he is not...I hold them responsible not Trump.
By blaming Trump, the other candidates and media just gave the thugs a pass and encouragement to do more.

Read my posts . You just called a Trump supporter.
The theory goes like this: violence begets violence. Trump condones and encourages ciolence, then complains when it comes his way? Sorry, but that’s hypocrisy.
How nice of you to throw in with the comunists, BLM crowd, the Democrats, MSM, GOPe and Bernie Sanders group. Cruz wouldn’t know how to tell the truth about anything if it jumped up and bit him. Nice to see so many on this forum who support communism.
Cruz is NOT part of the establishment. Wise up!
The establishment would be fascinated to learn that Mark Levin has been backing them all this time!
Apparently, Cruz will continue to consolidate the establishment by hiring people like Neil Bush.
Cruz is an insider all the way.
