Once upon a time there lived a man. Not just any ordinary man, this was a very great man, in his mind the greatest, ever; and he would let you and everybody else know it too. He was an alpha male named Nimrod and he was a mighty hunter in defiance of God. The time was long ago, before the people of the earth were divided into different peoples and nations; and all the people of the earth were one. The people, however, had become disillusioned and insecure in their existence; and they were afraid of things they feared would befall them in the future. And there were also wild beast at the time entering into the land killing and devouring many of them and threatening their existence. Therefore, it was with great enthusiasm that they readily embraced this great man who was a mighty hunter to rule over them. For he promised to unify them and provide them a safe haven and security.
Now Nimrod was well aware of the insecurities and fears of the people; and because he was a great one, in his mind greater than anyone else, he proposed they build a wall, a yuge wall. And because he was greater than everybody else and he was an alpha male, he would rule over them. For alphas know how to build stuff, and how to make it yuger and better than everybody else's.
Okay, on second thought, it was not a wall, because all the people of the earth were one people, and there were no illegal yet to keep out. It was a tower he proposed to build, a yuge tower. No, not Trump Towers in New York, it was the tower at Babel. And Nimrod, who also knew the art of the deal better than anyone else, he was going to build this tower and make foreigners pay for it. But since all the people of the earth were one, that part did not work out.
. . . Now it was Nimrod who excited them to such an affront and contempt of God. He was the grand-son of Ham, the son of Noah: a bold man, and of great strength of hand. He persuaded them not to ascribe it to God, as if it was through his means that they were happy; but to believe that it was their own courage which procured that happiness. He also gradually changed the government into tyranny; seeing no other way of turning men from the fear of God, but to bring them into a constant dependence on his own power. He also said, He would be revenged on God, if he should have a mind to drown the world again: for that he would build a Tower too high for the waters to be able to reach . . . Flavius Josephus
Now, in Hebrew the name Nimrod means, "rebel" or "let us rebel". This name was given to Nimrod by his contemporaries; for Nimrod ever had in his yuge mouth such words as to stir up his band to rebellion. Nimrod's following was built upon rebellion and chieftainship based upon his own personal valor. He maintained his standing in the eyes of all the people by a show of aggression and non-repentance. Indeed, for even against God Nimrod exalted himself and was a competitor for the hearts and souls of all the people to the end that he should rule over them. For he ascribed greatness to himself, an absolute self reliance; he did not need God for anything. He could do it all. He did not even need to ask God for forgiveness, ever. And he convinced the people that it was by their power and the power of man, his power in particular, they could be made great again. Except that they were not so great to begin with because his kingdom was the first world government, so he had to strike the again part.
Nimrod was an ungodly man, but that did not matter to many Christians who trusted him because he promised to take care of them and protect them so that they would not have anything to worry about -- except for that didn't really happen at that particular time, because there were not any Christians yet. That happened at a much later date in a different place and time with different characters. But had there been Christians at that time, or any other people whose support Nimrod absolutely had to have to gain power, he would have told them that he would protect them, or whatever he needed to tell them in order to get their support. And Nimrod did indeed begin to build a Tower, and to unite the kingdom, and then to bring everything and everybody under his own control. And the kingdom gradually fell into tyranny. And the tower was never finished. And the people became ever oppressed and were in great distress. Neither did their lives improve at all as promised but rather, only grew worse. And there were divisions among them and they became angry and wailed and cried aloud out of misery for all of those things which had befallen them.
Then God looked down and beheld the the tower and the kingdom built by Nimrod and the people who followed him; and His anger was kindled; for the world was very wicked and Godless. The society Nimrod and the people built was not built upon a foundation of righteousness or a belief in God, but upon the belief that mighty men make kingdoms great and not God. And God scattered the people and the kingdom came to naught. Then that which the people had feared came upon them; for they were separated from their possessions and their lands and were driven out where they became a prey and were hunted by the wild beasts. For the people had forsaken the ways of the God of their fathers; and they sought to build a tower to the heavens in rebellion against Him, closing their eyes and disregarding the immorality and godlessness of their chosen ruler in favor of the greatness, strength, and power which he projected. And even unto this day their children follow strong men who promise them greatness and to build yuge things, better than everybody else's.
Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin condemns any people.
All nations that forget God shall be turned into hell.
RAS
and the devil instructed RAS to write a stupid diatribe trashing a good man, and he did...and the devil rejoiced...
I remember him. He hired a neurosurgeon to build some grain pyramids. He had previously made fun of the neurosurgeon, but then forgave him.
There is no Old Testament rationale for your political view.
Nor is there one in the Gospels. Is Trump Nimrod, Herod or Hitler? I’m getting blurry.
oh gee that is so enlightening...I’m definitely going to bookmark this 1000 times....
BTW did Nimrod help out the people or not
So, who is ‘the righteous man’ you prefer to the alpha male, The Donald?
A LOT of literary liberties taken in THAT one.
A “good” man? Really?! That’s a stretch...
He hired a neurosurgeon to build some grain pyramids.
Ha Ha...
And the grain pyramid builder who was once associate with child fornicators by Nimrod himself, once forgiven, was offered a high position in education the children.
Break out the phone book. But make sure it is one from Texas.
I recommend, again, that you read the story of Samson, Judges 13-16 in order to understand what is going on with Donald Trump and the Presidential race. YHWH is judging the United States of America, and he is using Donald Trump to do it.
All this talk about whether Donald Trump is “godly” or not is so much Satanic gorilla dust to take your mind off the main thing: Your redemption draws near! And if you are not redeemed, the remember: Do NOT take the Mark of the Beast!
Judges 14
1 Now Samson went down to Timnah, and saw a woman in Timnah of the daughters of the Philistines.
2 So he went up and told his father and mother, saying, I have seen a woman in Timnah of the daughters of the Philistines; now therefore, get her for me as a wife.
3 Then his father and mother said to him, Is there no woman among the daughters of your brethren, or among all my people, that you must go and get a wife from the uncircumcised Philistines? And Samson said to his father, Get her for me, for she pleases me well.
4 But his father and mother did not know that it was of the LORD [YHWH]that He was seeking an occasion to move against the Philistines. For at that time the Philistines had dominion over Israel.

Donald Trump is a type of Samson: Doesnt drink, has wild hair, chases foreign women, gets really upset if the treat him unfairly, really good a slaying Philistines, and brings down the Temple of Dagon.
This is why I say that Donald Trump is a type of Samson:
Judgse 15
3 And Samson said to them, “This time I shall be blameless regarding the Philistines if I harm them!”
4 Then Samson went and caught three hundred foxes; and he took torches, turned the foxes tail to tail, and put a torch between each pair of tails.
5 When he had set the torches on fire, he let the foxes go into the standing grain of the Philistines, and burned up both the shocks and the standing grain, as well as the vineyards and olive groves.

avent you noticed that no weapon formed against Donald Trump has prospered? Why would that be?
Isaiah 54
17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD,
And their righteousness is from Me, Says the LORD.
Nelson, Thomas (2009-02-18). Holy Bible, New King James Version (NKJV) (p. 717). Thomas Nelson. Kindle Edition.
Every time Donald Trump says, “I love you!” to a crowd, I am reminded when Jesus said:
John 13
34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
Nelson, Thomas (2009-02-18). Holy Bible, New King James Version (NKJV) (p. 1047). Thomas Nelson. Kindle Edition.
There is no other choice right now.
I don’t particularly like it, but only Trump has some business acumen with respect to everyone that is running.
I pray that his heart has changed and that he knows God.
Cruz is not the answer. He traded on his Christianity, and given the lies that he has told, along with the shenanigans his campaign has pulled, he’s soiled his evangelical status. If you live by the moral code, you die by the moral code.
When I think of Semiramis I think of Hillary.
R A Sprinkle seems to be a lesbian feminist radical
So Dugout Don is Samson. Not Patton or Washington?
Let me guess the next part...Behold from the north came a man, a Canadian unto the people, and the man did subsist in the wilderness upon locusts and boogers. And behold, he would speak with a golden tongue...But not really, he ended up getting trounced by Nimrod in all the debates. And he would restore unto the people their Constitution...But not really, he was in the bag for Goldman-Sachs and supported the authorization of millions of new H1B visas...And he would protect the people...But not really, he considered national defense, one of the few Constitutionally mandated duties of the federal government, to be a issue for the states to handle.
oh gee that is so enlightening...Im definitely going to bookmark this 1000 times....
No need to bookmark it. I’ve seen it spewed a few times already on the Internet. It’s almost as if someone is spamming the Internet with this one.
Yes, and if you aren’t right with YHWH, you are in for a rough ride when the Temple of Dagon starts to come down.
Maybe a cross between Patton and Larry Flynt.
