How do you flunk Land Nav at Fort Carson? It is a desert with terrain features. And, Norad is ALWAYS in view. During the day, Norad is that big mountain with antennas suck all over it. At night, it is that big mountain that has a bunch of lights on top.
I have suspected all along that the women "graduates" were given special considerations...a little extra sleep, a little extra chow, and damn sure they got shower runs. Biology is a b!tch, and I doubt there's a woman anywhere that can go through what Ranger candidates do, with only limited hygiene opportunities, and not get very, very sick.
