Running into lots of conservatives concerned media giving Trump a pass and not vetting him, just reporting everything he says and acting as his press agent.
There's a reason for this: Trump as the nominee accomplishes their two main objectives.
But fear not, my young padawans, I bring you glad tidings of great joy this morning. Because if a real vetting of Trump-World madness is what you want, rest assured starting the morning after he gives his rambling, incoherent acceptance speech at the convention the vetting will begin.

And don't worry, when they start really vetting Trump, they won't offer him all the free media he's currently getting to defend himself. The phone-in interviews to those Sunday shows no one else gets will suddenly stop, too.
Oh, yes, padawans, once he's the nominee the media vetting of Trump will be very real and very spectacular. Because with the Left poised to nominate the most disliked Marxist in America, it's all about driving down our base turnout.
But hey, it's only the future of the country at stake, so I understand why we don't want to pass up a chance at the greatest reality show ever told.

Trump may be getting a ton of free press right now, but it centers mainly on his public statements and inflammatory quotes. Basic news coverage, really.
AFTER the convention, once the REAL race for the White House begins, the Media “long knives” will come out. Trump will be hammered night and day over every tiny flake of dirt, real or implied, in his world. Every second of his life, both private and business, every action or inaction, every friend and enemy, will be dragged into the spotlight. Remember how they went through Sarah Palin’s trash barrels?
Hopefully, Trump will have someone tasked with pointing out that Obummer was NEVER VETTED by the Media, not even a little, and they buried any dirt they found. Not so with Trump. The article merely warns of the epic stupidity dead ahead.
Oh yeah the New York media LOVES Trump and they’ve been covering up for him for years...NOT.
LOL, the vetting has been going on for months.
There is a secret to winning.
Conservatives have always missed the boat on that secret.
You ignore all the squealing that is done for political reasons and stick with your candidate.

I sanction nothing. Politics is hell.
But regardless of what they hit him with, his numbers get better. The GOP just does not believe that the voters are actually rebelling against them. The GOP has screwed them over too many times.

You're talking about a guy who's taken historic, non-stop malicious attacks, slanders, death threats, entire biased networks gunning for him, not to mention endless attacks from both corrupt parties in D.C., since 6/16/2015.
Non-stop MSM mortar fire around the clock. And many of these were professional level orchestrated political attacks as well as death threats.
No political candidate in U.S. history has ever endured anything like this, and they all backfired in their faces. Trump has all the right enemies for damn good reason.

I agree. Trump has indeed taken a lot of fire.
But all the fire he’s taken, IMHO, has surrounded his public statements. A small-town reporter with a notebook could have generated the “heat” he’s felt so far. From my perspective, of course.
But the press hasn’t really dug deep ... tunnelled in trash ... to pull out the fine shards of crap that we’ve come to expect from the propaganda arm of the Democrap party. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, will come out soon.
Statements from his kindergarten classmates, dirt from every girlfriend he’s ever met and a few he hasn’t, wild stories from his college friends ... all of it, in disgusting detail. Any piece of crap that sticks will be blown into a full scandal, repeated and enlarged every blessed day.
Mind you, this is the same press that ignored Obummer’s entire time in Indonesia and all the questions that reasonably follow. Disgusting.
Trumps past is what the 94 million unemployed worried about the most?
How about the other 30 million forced to work part time jobs and jobs below their skill levels?
Voters gave the ^conservative^ republicans plenty of chances to
1. Defund Obamacare
2. Solve the ilelgals problem
3. Reduce abortions
4. Reduce welfare
5. Increase jobs
6. Build the Wall
7. Stop un-vetted Muslims from flooding in
8. Stop hard lefties like Kagan & Sotomayor confirmed.
9. Address Trillion dollar deficits/yr in foreign trade.
The ^conservative^ republicans instead schlonged the middle class to satisfy their rich donors who want the cheap labor express rolling along. Only candidate without rich donors is Trump.

Incorrect again. He's had to address countless corrupt media lies.
Another tiny example? Trumps had corrupt political organizations attempt to get him to donate million dollars to them, hoping Trump would support them or garner their support. When he turned their money down, they went public on a campaign to maliciously slander Trump. Endless lies.

Any dirt would come out now, if there was any. Trump has been in the spotlight his whole life - there’s not much that isn’t known about him.
{Oh such sour grapes and wishful thinking. Trump’s life has been lived in the tabloids. He’s pretty much an open book, and the idea that any of this garbaage would stick to a 70 year old (at the time he is inaugurated) grandfather, with 3 adult children, all married and who are perfectly well behaved and industrious young model citizens, is absurd.
Owns 500 plus businesses, only 4 corporate entity (not personal) bankruptcies in a 30 year real estate developer career and those having occurred when the bottom fell out of the real estate market in 2008 for almost anyone in the business. A multibillionaire capitalistic work ethic role model who has provided jobs for thousands of people over his career, a doer, not a talker.}

I’ve noticed that too. I always think ‘oh, no he’s onto something else’ - but it’s related and leads right back to the question. Way better than the politicians.
