People are making fun of Ben Carson’s wife

There is a meme circulating that appears to be making fun of Dr Ben Carson’s wife, Lacena. The meme shows the image of the Carsons next to a picture of the Obamas, highlighting the difference in beauty between Mrs. Carson and Mrs. Obama. There is also a noticable difference in the ladies’ style of dress and fashion sense. While Mrs. Obama will go down in history as one of the gorgeous first ladies of all-time, Mrs. Carson probably will not.

Some think the image is funny and realistic, but others have taken offense. Demetria Luca, writing for TheRoot.com, says this:

I’m no fan of presidential candidate Ben Carson. I don’t like his politics. He receives his fair share of ire from potential voters, but he asked to be dissected in the media, traditional and social, when he announced his bid for the presidency. Candy Carson did not. There are plenty of exceptionally valid reasons to rage about Ben Carson without adding his wife to the mix.

I think it’s great that a group of People who are Legally Blind and Mentally Challenged can get together and start their own Website.

Is this a great Country or what?

Mrs Obama does try to be stylish or set styles, but she often doesn’t do either; and, “gorgeous” is most definitely subjective.

They're worried.

That's good.

Do we really need back-to-back minority presidents? After eight years of white Americans in and out of government refusing to criticize the last one, no matter how heinous his actions were, for fear of being called “racist”? I’m just not understanding the rationale here. I don’t know. He just looks like a spoiler to me. Maybe a spot in a Trump cabinet?

Only in revisionist BS history. Either that or my standards are a lot more discerning than most.

Come on, now... You know that Mrs. Obama would probably place in the ribbons at the State Fair.

Michelle Obama is certainly not someone I consider attractive. If Barack Hussein Obama loved America and loved the Constitution, I wouldn't care what she looked like. Mrs. Carson is pretty much tied with Mrs. Obama in looks, except that she knows how to smile, and her husband loves our country. Those two factors matter a whole lot more than wearing expensive dresses.

Mrs Carson is not running for office and neither are his children

I say this about Sh*tbama and Bush and Clinton

Leave the spouses alone unless they take overt positions in policy making

Well, in the first place, it shouldn't matter what the ethnicity (or the gender) of a president is. I mean, has the left-inspired nonsense of identity politics so inculcated society that we are playing it too? It's garbage. Do we really believe that the color of someone's skin affects their opinions on economics, or healthcare provision, or constitutional interpretation?

In the second place, the fear of being called "racist" cuts both ways. I think it will be quite instructive to see how the progressive left manages to criticise a "person of color" without having the same charge levelled at them.

No back-to-back.

Obama doesn't count. He's not a real American black. He learned his blackness, such as it is, from his commie mentors.

Whatever you make of Dr. Carson, there is absolutely no doubt that he is an authentic American Black!
