During his opening monologue at the 2015 Emmy Awards Sunday on FOX, host Andy Samberg suggested Republican frontrunner Donald Trump might be racist.
The former Saturday Night Live cast member delivered a series of one liners about industry diversity, sexism, ageism, and politics, including jokes about Trump and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Donald Trump, of course is running for president, to the delight of uncles everywhere. Ive got to say, sure, Donald Trump seems racistWhat else?
Sambergs Bernie Sanders joke was more mild. The comedian said the Vermont socialist always looks like his flight was delayed.
The guys a mess, he added.
Samberg also went after Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis, who spent time in jail this month for refusing to grant gay couples marriage licenses....

Hollywood is the biggest center of Groupthink on the planet.
>>Who?<<
My reaction exactly. Who?
I suspect LOW LOW LOW ratings.
Who cares what this nobody thinks about anything?
That’s why I didn’t bother watching that nonsense,.if I want to see a bunch of liberal loons in a room together trashing the GOP I can watch MSDNC instead..I bet those liberals had nice armed guard protection at this event too
What? Emmys? They still have those? And people watch? WTF.
Well, that changes everything than.
Andy who?
Is he related to Pajama Boy by any chance?
...as he spoke to a room filled mostly with white, one-percenters.
No wonder TV is dying.
Never heard of this guy - but everyone knows Trump!
The one thing, is we are about to have another non stop mock fest like they did with bush, with the whole chimpy bush mchitler krap and comedy central tv shows suddenly poping up like L’il Trumps, late night TV will suddenly discover it is ok to mock the president again...but the difference between bush and trump, is trump will make the mockers look ridiculous unlike bush who rolled over on his back because he thought it would make the media and the dhimmycrats like him
In the spring of 1976 Chevy Chase departed from his usual SNL schtick as a bumbling President Gerald Ford to portray a racist Ronald Reagan.
This was one week after Reagan won the Texas Primary in a landslide over Gerald Ford and Ford’s Press Secretary, Ron Nessen was hosting the show that night with a special opening from Ford himself.
Chase’s skit was a disaster as he portrayed a Ronald Reagan calling Garrett Morris a ‘boy’ until Morris became indignant.
It looked so stupid but that’s what happens when someone threatens the status quo in politics like Reagan was doing in May 1976.
And now in 2015 Trump is a threat to the political and media powers that be.......
Hollywood: from garbage comes garbage.
Can someone explain why the jokes at these Hollywood idiot events are always liberal??? The whole.premise of these jokes is that we should be liberal to get the humor, understand why the joke is supposed to be funny, etc.
Point is, they alienate at least half of America every time they tell these politically charged jokes. Its as if then assumption is that everyone is liberal and will get the joke.
South Park brilliantly lampooned this with some award show, where Whoopi Goldberg was on stage, and just said over and over again, “Republicans are stupid” to laughter and applause each time.
Let’s see - what to watch, the Emmy’s or Green Bay playing at home against Seattle. Such a difficult decision! NOT!
People with $hit for brains have diarrhea of the mouth as usual.
Me too. I have no clue who this moron is or what she does.
