(Original title too long: Donald Trump doubles down on his stand AGAINST TAKING IN MORE SYRIAN MUSLIMS in opposition to the position of the Republican establishment).
Donald Trump is facing down the Republican establishment pressure that has already prompted candidates former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) to announce they WOULD provide residency to Muslim refugees and economic freeloaders now fleeing Islamic countries to hop aboard the welfare gravy train in the West.
There are two ways Islamofascists plan to conquer America one by violent jihad, the other by mass Muslim immigration. They are NOT refugees, NOT asylum seekers they are conquering armies posing as refugees, performing al hijra mass migration to conquer infidel lands for Islam. Barack Hussein Obama has enabled it. Donald Trump wants to stop it.
Breitbart Look, from a humanitarian standpoint, Id love to help. But we have our own problems. We have so many problems that we have to solve first, Trump declared on Wednesday nights broadcast of Hannity. We are the only country in the world whose immigration system puts the needs of other nations ahead of our own. That must change, Trump wrote in his August migration policy paper that has supercharged his 2016 campaign.
On Sept. 10, a White House spokesman said Barack Obama would grant residence to AT LEAST 10,000 additional Syrians in 2016, along with the routine inflow of 70,000 refugees and 1 million new immigrants.
Jeb Bush says the United States should accept MORE Middle East refugees: We should accept were a country that has a noble tradition of accepting refugees. We need to make sure that theyre not part of ISIS or something like that, Bush told Fox and Friends. (How do you do that when you arent screening any of them?)
Marco Rubio echoed Bush. I would be open to that if it can be done in a way that allows us to ensure that among them are not people who are part of a terrorist organization who are using this crisis, Rubio told Boston Herald Radio on September 8th. This proposal could result in the admittance of a many refugees. The vast and overwhelming majority of people who are seeking refuge are not terrorists, of course, but you always are concerned about that, Rubio said. (And how do you verify that when you arent screening them?)
Trumps pro-America stance on the issue of immigration echoes that of the late-Democratic Congresswoman and Civil Rights champion Barbara Jordan who in pushing for immigration reductions famously said: The national interest comes first, last, and always.
As Trump has narrowed his focus on a populist immigration platform, he has seen his poll numbers soar with key voting groups, including women and black Americans, who have been most negatively impacted by the federal governments intertwined immigration and cheap-labor policies.
Trump explained that Muslim countries should be willing to take in the Muslim migrants: The Gulf states [are] tremendously wealthy. You have five groups of people, six groups, theyre not taking anybody. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, these are tremendously wealthy and powerful from the standpoint of money. They theyre not taking anybody. Russias not taking. Nobodys taking. [But were] supposed to take we have to straighten out our own problems, Trump said.
Indeed, as The Washington Post has reported, The Arab worlds wealthiest nations are doing next to nothing for Syrias refugees. In 2013, the United States sent approximately $13.5 billion in foreign aid to Middle Eastern nations.
Rubio and Bushs plan to receive migrants so long as they are not terrorists may prove difficult to implement based on previous statements from immigration officials. Former president of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Council which represents 12,000 United States Citizenship Immigration Service Officers has said that his agency is already too overburdened to properly screen all of the visa applications a problem which would be greatly exacerbated if Rubio or Bushs mass migration plan were implemented:
It is essential to warn the public about the threat that ISIS will exploit our loose and lax visa policies to gain entry to the United States Many millions come legally to the U.S. through our wide open immigration policy every yearwhether as temporary visitors, lifetime immigrants, refugees, asylum-seekers, foreign students, or recipients of our visa waiver program Our government cannot effectively track these foreign visitors and immigrants Applications for entry are rubber-stamped Weve become the visa clearinghouse for the Muslim world.
This is not the first time immigration expansionists have ignored the warnings of immigration officials. The president of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement union, Chris Crane, wrote in 2013 as the Schumer-Rubio bill was being pushed through the Senate: Senator Rubio left unchanged legislation that he himself admitted to us in private was detrimentally flawed and must be changed.
Senator Rubio, who promised ICE officers and Sheriffs that he would take steps to repair the bills provisions that gut interior enforcement, has abandoned that commitment. He directly misled law enforcement officers, Crane declared.
We all get that...lol..So who is YOUR pick????
Stutter much??
There’s one rich money man, however, who embraces Cruz’s anti-government bent: Secretive hedge-fund guru Robert Mercer of Renaissance Technologies. Mercer has reportedly donated at least $31 million to help elect Cruz, which is more than Cruz has raised from other sources during his entire political career.
Since he began campaigning for the 2012 Senate race in Texas, Cruz raised about $18 million, not including any Mercer money. His single biggest donor has been the Club for Growth, a conservative advocacy group funded by wealthy contributors including industrialists Charles and David Koch, private-equity baron J.W. Childs and tech entrepreneur Peter Thiel. The group has given Cruz $706,000 since 2011, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.
Among corporate donors, the oil and gas industry has been Cruzs biggest supporter, even though it ranks seventh in spending among all candidates. Support from energy firms is hardly surprising, given that Cruz is from Texas. Law firms came next, followed by the securities industry and real-estate concerns. Here are Cruzs top donors since 2011:
Robert Mercer. The hedge fund magnate has battled with the federal government, which claims his firm, Renaissance, avoided paying several billion in taxes through artful tax strategies. So Mercer’s interests seem to align with Cruz’s animosity toward the IRS. Mercer’s money will reportedly be split among 4 super PACs, with each presumably taking a different role in the way they advocate for Cruz.
Club for Growth: Amount donated to Cruze since 2011: $706,000.
Senate Conservatives Fund: $316,000.
Woodforest National Bank (community bank based in Houston): $112,000.
Goldman Sachs: $69,000.
Morgan Lewis LLP (Philadelphia-based law firm with significant energy-sector practice): $68,000.
The $69,000 from Goldman is one of the largest sums employees from the Wall Street firm have donated to a single candidate during the last few years. The firm has given money to well over 100 candidates since 2012, but only six got more from Goldman than Cruz and two of them were Mitt Romney and Barack Obama. Heidi Cruz, the candidates wife, manages investments for wealthy clients at Goldmans Houston office, so personal connections may have helped raise the money. (Heidi Cruz announced shell be taking a leave of absence from Goldman during her husbands campaign.)
Corporations tend to spread political donations widely, since they can come from many individuals at a firm, plus their family members. Its not unusual for firms to donate to candidates of both parties, as Goldman did with Romney and Obama in 2012. Other big corporate names on Cruzs donor list include Credit Suisse (CS) ($33,000 from 2011 to 2014), Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A) ($33,000), Anadarko Petroleum (APC) ($30,000), Valero Energy (VLO) ($27,000), Koch Industries and Wells Fargo (WFC) ($26,000 each). Each of those firms gave to many other candidates, with Cruz typically snagging a middling amount.
Or Somalia. It has a climate like California, a population density like Colorado and over 2000 miles of coastline astride one of the world’s busiest shipping lanes. Plus it badly needs to be blessed with more diversity.
Of course he does. He gives money to people who will help him achieve his objectives. It explains why Cruz supported TPP and is a free trader. He also supports increasing H-IB visas and lifting the immigration caps on China, India, and Mexico.
The Gulf states [are] tremendously wealthy.
EXACTLY!!!!
> “FDR sent a ship load of Jewish refugees back to Nazi Germany where they perished in the Death Camps.”
No, they did not perish. It is a lie to taint America as anti-semitic. They were allowed entry into the UK, Holland and Belgium. They were never returned to Germany. Any losses in Belgium and Holland are pure speculation.
The United States could not take them as a matter of law having passed the 1924 Anti-Immigration Act. The Jews of the St. Louis were not even destined for the USA. They were destined for Cuba where they had visas but Cuba had passed laws that retroactively invalidated the visas except for official Cuban visas. About 30 passengers were allowed into Cuba.
The ship tried to land in the USA and Canada but it would have been a violation of law and both countries were in the midst of the greatest economic crisis of their histories. Roosevelt was not popular in his 2nd term and swung hard right to appease those angry with the economic circumstances. No way would he be allowed to violate the law to allow any immigrants in and there was as yet no humanitarian crisis as the death camps were not yet operational.
The turnaway had nothing to do with the ‘refugees’ being Jewish. The turnaway would have happened no matter what nationality or ethnicity the refugees were. North America and much of the world was strongly anti-immigrant during those times just as now.
[I get the impression Trump has barely started to get revved up.]
I’m with you on this. He is gathering around him advisers and research folks who have been frozen out of this ‘uniparty’ system we have been governed by in the last 30 or more years.
I for one am glad to see Trump giving bloody noses to those self appointed high muckity mucks in the GOPee. These idiots are identifying themselves by their attacks on Trump, and he doesn’t give a happy crap how he outs them.
Go Trump!
The evil media and Obama lied and said these were refugees.
No they are Muslim invaders (young Islamic men mostly).
The goal of Islam is world domination
Great point.
I agree
Trump is not owned by anyone. Trump is the only one I trust
Me too. I just know 100% that I believe what I say and dont change my beliefs to whatever’s popular at the moment. I cant say that 100% for him, and thats the real wory, how much of this is populism and how much is realy foundational belief.
You should have told W that when he declared his intention to invade Iraq. W set the middle east on fire. O is doing his part to keep the fire going but it was W that started this mess.
It's a beautiful thing!!!
As an added bonus he takes establishment media head on by using the very earned(free) media they provide! It must be driving them crazy. It's a solid strategy and adds to the notion that everything he does spells WINNING!!!
They come here to destroy freedom. They hope to melt down the statue of liberty to create swords to lop off our children’s heads.
May our president rot in hell, few men desrve it more.
When he got elected I predicted he would get millions killed. He is well on his way.
The first thing they do is throw away their passports and any ID information that might refute them being “Syrians”.
“I lost it in the war, I was running for my life....blah blah blah...”
Well spotted.......Sutherland is a major menace...he is also very pro the EU, he is also as rich as stink, tks to his connections giveing him top jobs.
If the idea was bad/stupid or useless, you can guarantee he was for it.
Jeb Bush says the United States should accept MORE Middle East refugees: ..... We need to make sure that theyre not part of ISIS or something like that, Bush told Fox and Friends.

Funny, the MSM WILL NEVER ask a Politician for details of his plan IF the plan is feel good, Progressive, and hurts the Country
Exactly! They're either cowards who left their women and children behind to die at the hands of ISIS, or they are ISIS.
Saudi Arabia has a tent city, ready to go!
Saudi Arabias Tent City Could House Three Million Refugees
[photo: The climatized tent city in the Valley Mina by Mecca covers twenty square kilometers]

As the website Amusing Planet reports, Mina is pretty much empty for the rest of the year. These tents are occupied only five days out of the year, during the Hajj.
