Prompting media nonsense that he "compared Muslims to Nazis."
Im glad I dont work for ESPN, because I dont know how anyone can understand the rules there. If youre an on-air personality there, are you allowed to use your personal social media accounts to express opinions about non-sports matters? Yes? No? Or, as appears to be the case, are you permitted to do so as long as someone doesnt arbitrarily decide after the fact that what you said was controversial and thus unacceptable? HTML5 video is not supported!
That appears to be the trap Curt Schilling stuck his foot in yesterday, and as an added bonus, youre really in trouble if you say one thing but the media insists you said something else. It appears Schilling realized quickly that was likely to happen after he tweeted the following image, because he quickly deleted it. But too late. People who hate Schilling saw it and captured the image, and thus his trouble was underway.
Go Curt go! Keep telling the truth! Exterminate islam!
Leftist totalitarian thugs at ESPN.
Cut your cable. Go streaming. Stop supporting your own destruction.
People don’t want to hear the truth about Islam. They’ll find out when the knife is at their neck. Fools.
#ESPN defends IS.
Will ESPN raise the IS flag in support as well since ESPN opposes people demonizing them??????
Curt was shilling against Trump last month and now this month he is gone from ESPN. Dont let the door hit you o the way out, Curt.
Another anti-Trumpster bites the dust.
The problem is, you still need an internet connection. Who supplies that?
Are you on the Muslims' side too?
Schilling was comparing Muslims to Germans, not Nazis. Dummasses.
It appears that you are not allowed to express personal.opinions about non sports matters if you work for ESPN. Perhaps liberal opinions are ok, but if anyone decides what you said is controversial, you will be taken off the air.
Oh but the New World Order Bush clan really thinks their Saudi best buds, and the rest of islam, really is the ‘Religion of Peace’.

Schilling needs the money. He is broke and the ESPN gig is the only way that he can pay the bills and address his debts. His trouble comes from investments in a video game product that went south. Therefore, he has been willing to yap on TV about he ESPN political agenda. During a recent ESPM homosexual themed baseball game, Schilling was reading the teleprompter and praising some doofus homosexual in the minor leagues. Who cared about the Major League game that was broadcasted, ESPN wanted to pimp their agenda.
So, Schilling got off the reservation and expressed his real opinions. ESPN is completely intolerant of any that. If you are on their payroll, you better be advancing their socialist agenda or you will be gone.
I no longer watch Sports Center and my source for baseball is the MLB Network and Fox Sports. ESPN can stuff it.
I opposed the Bushes when Trump was still a registered Democrat. But they are history. Now Trump is the one appeasing the Muslims.
You have no idea what you are talking about. You pays you?
That didn't take long.
ESPN, the network that awarded Bruce Jenner for being a freak... hope their ratings crash hard.
ESPN is as much a part of the lefty propaganda machine as the NT TIMES and the Washington Post.
