August 18, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) -- President Obama's Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) told Congress late last week that Planned Parenthood has been following the law in its practice of attaining fetal tissue and body parts for sale.
HHS also insisted it does not fund fetal tissue research or elective abortion through Planned Parenthood. Rather, it gives the nation's largest abortion provider money for its "critical health services."
In a letter sent late Friday and addressed to Sens. Joni Ernst and Roy Blunt, HHS's assistant secretary for legislation contended that HHS "knows of no violations" of U.S. fetal tissue laws on the part of government researchers or the companies that supply the tissue, and said also that HHS takes the word of non-profits supplying it fetal tissue for research that they are operating in line with all aspects of the law.
"Currently, we know of no violation of these laws in connection with the research done at our agencies," stated Jim Esquea in the letter. "Furthermore … we have confirmed that HHS researchers...

I am going to make a rash assumption. If it appears to be totally in error, ignore the rest of this post.
I assume that when "Obama Admin" speaks, they speak on behalf of Barack Hussein Obama.
Isn't this sort of announcement also known as the "Rule by Fiat?"

You expected to see a number, right? Ha ha. It is to laugh.
The "most transparent" Administration in history can't figure out that, in order for an informed citizenry to exist, the total amount of the budget needs to be listed first, the conclusion, say 5 trillion$, or a gazillion$, and the details would follow.
Don't be silly.
Bottom line : nobody seems to know (or to care) what the total is, this year or any future year.
So let's make another further assumption. That the nation's current budget is 4 Trillion$.
We have three official branches of government; no more, no less.
How can that budget be divided by "Branch?"
The Judicial branch doesn't do much, although there are more and more "conservatives" being prosecuted for, well, being conservative, so let's say 0.5 trillion$ for them. After all, they have federal courts all over the place.
The Legislative branch is slippery to pin down. Although they don't do much either, there are a lot of them, and since they set their own salaries and expenses, they end up with the lifestyle they deserve, so let's assume 0.7 trillion$ for them.
That leaves us The Executive branch. I'm not sure that was the intention, but increasingly this Branch, the "Rule by Fiat" by appointed bureaucrats ruled by elected criminals, is by far the largest. So they get the remaining 2.8 Trillion$. Air Force One and Marine One (and their backups) don't come cheap.
But since, for the last 7 years now, The Executive has been pretty much in charge of everything, WHY DON'T WE GET RID OF THE OTHER TWO BRANCHES?
By my calculations, with the savings, we can pay off Obama's National Debt in only about 17 years!
Conclusion, under the new Representative Constitutional DEMOCRACY the budget will always be much easier to understand.
And the Rule by Fiat of the last 7 years will finally bring us to the glorious new tomorrow.

When these agencies, say, “We don’t use tax-payer money to pay for abortions.” THEY ARE LYING! If they didn’t have the tax-payer money to keep the lights on, then they wouldn’t be doing abortions in that building! Where they write the number on their financial records will NEVER scrub away the fact that we, the taxpayers, are subsidizing abortions! PERIOD!!
When someone says, I don’t support his drug habit...but he lives in your house, eats your food, uses your electricity, and uses your water. Guess what..YOU ARE SUBSIDIZING HIS DRUG HABIT! Because, if he had to pay for all of those items, he wouldn’t be able to afford, nor do drugs!! DUH!
