On this Independence Day, one of the sadder aspects of American life we have to consider is the tendency of some Americans to wag their fingers at others about the way they choose to live, sometimes with disastrous results. The temperance movement of the 19th Century led to Prohibition which led to Al Capone, for example. Now someone writing in the New Republic on Friday wants to take away our right to barbecue.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
They can have my grill when they pry it from my cold, dead, barbecue sauce-stained finger.

Government hacks come out with their dire warnings about “lone wolf terrorists,” while media hacks warn about fireworks (especially the dreaded sparklers) and grilled meat and sunburn and sharks! This is the Left’s War on Independence Day, because they don’t want us to remember what this day celebrates. It’s becoming Warnings for Wusses Day.
Doing my part
By taxing or fining you and me. The politicians have finally realized that no matter how much they tax us or fine, if they add another tax or fine, we will pay it. We will gladly pat it in hopes to be allowed another day. As we pay the tax or fine, we hope that it will be the last time and they will leave us in peace to live and let live.
This is the same cat and mouse game the National Socialists in Germany played with the Jews in Germany and Poland after they over ran Poland. They fined the Jews, the Jews paid the fine. Next time, they increased the fine, the Jews paid it . This cycle continued until the Jews ran out of money. At that time, the Jews were rounded up for extermination because by the time came that the Jews ran out of money, the National Socialists had built the camps that they did not previously have to hold them.
That is my answer to your study question.

1: Atmosphere has just 0.04% CO2 in it
2: Man creates just 3.4% of that 0.04% (The rest is natural)
3: Therefore, the atmosphere has just 0.00137% CO2 produced by man (3.4% of 0.04% = 0.00137%)
4: The silly idea that 0.00137% CO2 in the atmosphere can cause ANY change to our climate globally is LAUGHABLE!
Study Question: How can 0.00137% of our atmosphere possibly capture enough escaping heat, and then back radiate a fraction of that, in large enough quantities, towards earth, to cause climate change?
Bonus Points: IF CO2 causes climate change, then hy is it that CO2 ONLY rises AFTER many decades of climate change?
Bonus Question 2: IF CO2 causes climate change, why has there been ZERO climate change for 2 decades now despite more CO2 I nthe atmosphere each successive year during those 2 decades?
Bonus Question 3: Why are ‘man-caused climate change’ LIARS allowed to open their LYING mouths in public?
Bonus FACT: ‘man-caused climate change’ LIARS claim we are reaching record high ppm of CO2 In the atmosphere because of man, and that it ‘can’t possibly get that high naturally- therefore man is to blame’- yet these LIARS ignore their own findings that show that ppm were much higher thousands of years ago (if you believe in long earth ages)
Liberals wouldn’t hate barbecues so much if they were used primarily to roast vegetables.
