Something is coming. I don’t know what. But we must be ready. Here’s the key question: Is America heading towards a terrible implosion or a great awakening?

I feel a tremendous sense of urgency about this column.

The United States is hurtling towards severe trouble, and the events of the past few months — and what may be coming over the next few months — grieves me a great deal.

Something is coming. I don’t know what. But we all must be ready in every possible way.

Consider where we are in the summer of 2015:

•Violence is exploding in our cities, schools and churches. The horrific mass murder inside the church in Charleston would be bad enough if it wasn’t just one of innumerable mass killings that have become epidemic in America.

•Racism is tearing us apart, and it appears things are getting worse, not better.

•The Supreme Court is poised to rule any day now on the definition and future of marriage — and if the Court rules against Biblical marriage I believe this could cause the Lord’s hand to turn against our country in a severe and profound way according to the moral laws found in Romans chapter one.

•Abortions are occurring at more than one million in year and have put America on the fast track to judgment. Since 1973, Americans have murdered 57 million children through abortions. The blood of 57 million babies is crying out for justice, and they will get it in God’s sovereign timing. Could that be soon?

•If all this wasn’t bad enough, marriages and families are imploding all around us. Poverty is growing. Drug and alcohol use is epidemic. And that’s just here at home.

•Abroad, Iran is closing in on The Bomb.

So somebody came up with an algorithm to monitor it somehow. It showed spikes BEFORE 9-11, the stock market crash, etc.

And also showed "spikes" constantly when nothing would happen.

I looked at a website by the guys in post 95 about the web bots. They had predictions for 2010. Included things like huge volacanoes, 1.5 million deaths, etc. All sorts of goof ball things.

They had something about an Israeli attack on Iran that would release radiation. That WAS the year Israel attacked a Palestinian boat bring aid to the Palestinians. Although I imagine a search of “Israel, attack “ would bring something up for every year.

We were just talking about the book of Revelation at the dinner table. My wife was saying how everyone has always thought “The End” is going to happen soon. And she remembered her grandma saying it 30 years ago. And how when people see things getting worser and worser over their lifetimes, the more confident they are of “the end”. (My dad was the same - except those WERE the Carter years!)

My 17 year old daughter said “Well I see it getting worse - and I don’t think the end of the world is near!”

“Just wait until Hillary gets elected.”

“Oh Lord Jesus - take me now!”

And then she said - “The bad part about me being able to vote next election, is all the idiots I go to school with will also be able to vote.”

But it was interesting, she said a lot of the liberal kids at her school are very much against Hillary with the various scandals!

The name on the harlot’s forehead is her mother’s name. The woman/city is Babylon’s daughter. No father mentioned. Maybe that’s why she has problems.

I still hold that belief, but the most important aspect of that prepping is to have a location far away from the masses (especially the animals in the cities) and to have a small group of people all working together, prepping, stockpiling, and committed to one another’s survival. You simply won’t survive on your own.

--and we all know which one matters in the real world.  In fact I'd even go further and offer that we're already in His final plan and that the eventual outcome will be better.  Lest anyone accuse us of blurring the material w/ the spiritual, I think that blurring bit is how they've always been.

Yeah, the thread really caught my eye. The first two lines are almost word-for-word what I said a several days ago.

Try a little thought experiment. Consider all the nations where there appear to be a significant percentage of populace which claim to believe in Jesus Christ. Chine is estimated to have 100,000,000, but that is a small percentage of more than a billion populace. America is estimated to have around 20,000,000. That is a greater per capita than China. Which country will be more effected by that number of people suddenly disappearing, many of whom will be operating machinery.

Now think about which countries of the current world power balance will be most nullified by this event of Rapturing a percentage of population away. Think about the nations who will have an insignificant if not zero percentage missing. Think of the non-Christians in America and what they will suddenly imagine to do with their unrestrained numbers with the nation in collapse.

It behooves thinking people in America to settle accounts with Jesus Christ, now, before He arrives to take His Bride, the actual Church with His Spirit in it, away. what follows the Rapture will be Hell on Earth.
