I think it's nice that Ser Jorah and Dany have been reconciled. I only see one problem -- the guy with greyscale clasped hands with the Queen to seal the deal.
Probably shouldn't have done that.

Well, he’s also written about murders.
So what’s worse to write about?
Rape that never actually happened or murder that never actually happened to characters that don’t actually exist.
To be murdered is worse than being raped, is it not?
So why not George Murder Murder Martin?
Especially considering that many more murders have been described in Westeros by Martin than have rapes.
