The students of the University of Virginia have started a "microaggression" page on Facebook, which aims to give light to racist undertones on campus. While some statements made to students are clearly racist, many others are extremely innocuous and clearly not offensive.
These following "microaggressions" prove that UVA students are offended by pretty much everything.
It is now a microaggression to ask someone's major:
It is now a microaggression to describe someone as funny and carefree:
It is now a microaggression to ask someone to repeat their name:

I’m thinking she’s not a fan of Tommy Sotomayor...

Yes, yes, and...yes.
Clearly, they will be offended by pretty much any question asked during a job interview. Look for these wusses to never be employed by anyone other than other SJWs.
I forgot to add that Ms. Popcorn Ball’s ‘do looks more like the fireball from an explosion in a Brillo factory.
;^)
I hope everyone with an FB account leaves a sarcastic comment there.
Exactly. The left has perfected the art of manufacturing a grievance out of nothing. The next step is to seek redress of the grievances. The redress will be exacted from the established powers (straight white males, churches, etc.) while the communists replace established institutions.
The micro-offended weanies don't have to be the ones pulling the triggers. They can delegate that task to gangs or other fellow travellers.
Old school extreme.
Exactly.
Today:
How about if I call someone a fat, black, ugly, queer, foreigner. retard, cripple? Would that be considered a microaggression?
I just ‘liked’ the page a made a comment. Lol, what whimps.
Socialism does not work with a population educated in reality. It requires that the masses spend their time and money learning the Utopia of Socialism / Communism. Thus the education is first dumbed down, then majors which are worthless in the market place (just about anything that ends in “studies”), are pushed, and finally, there will be a push by the people to no longer need college to get a job. This will be done by attacking business who hire college graduates as “racist”.
Do you know why the college degree was made to be so important? Because the federal government stepped in and said that you written test had racist questions. This scared companies to not want to make the employment decision base upon their own tests. HR managers wanted a “safe” option so they started approving anyone who had a degree - any degree. The market place go wise to this so everyone went out an got an associates. HR got wise to this and started requiring bachelors degrees. Now the market place has gotten wise again and many people are getting masters.
Actually I think it’s actually Top pic=Yesterday
Bottom Pic Today. They are already mirroring the first stages of WW2 Germany. Lots of SS wore street clothes, sat in bars and talked about social justice.
The SJW have taken from the playbook of Islam.
Your act that offended them isn’t an emotional affront, it is seen as a violent act, an act of “aggression”.
Repeatedly challenging or even questioning their beliefs and perceptions is then an act of aggression.
They then see themselves as having the right to act violently, from shouting people down to ripping up signs to threatening to burn down businesses.
After all, the other side won’t stop expressing contrary views or questioning underlying beliefs, and that’s an insult on SJW / Islam and must be responded to with threats of violence if not actual violence. But they have an obligation to try to convert you first.
If I told somebody to stick their microaggressions where the sun don’t shine, would that be a microaggression?
Second photo proves that America’s colleges now double as psychiatric out-patient facilities.
I feel perfectly fine offending people.
I don’t see what the issue is here.
A civilization is a terrible thing to waste.
Yes, because some people are forced to live in parts of the world that are mostly cloudy.
