When it comes to LGBT rights, the 2016 GOP roster may be more ridiculous than the clown car of 2012.
Thanks to Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, were getting an early look at a field of GOP presidential hopefuls that is supposed to include some moderates who plan on expanding the partys appeal beyond its right-wing base. And its pathetic. Before Pences odd press conference, where he promised to fix the bill but insisted there was nothing wrong with it, the top GOP contenders hustled to outdo one another in backing Pence and his divisive legislation.
Lets remember that in 2014, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich were among the Republicans who urged Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer to veto AB 1062, Arizonas version of Indianas religious freedom law admittedly after theyd run for president in 2012. The 2016 candidates are showing no such courage quite the opposite, in fact.
They are showing they all agree with Sen. Ted Cruz on one thing: the key to winning in 2016 isnt outreach to so-called minorities, women and middle America, but to discouraged evangelical Christians (not to mention white voters) who sat out 2012.
Supposedly moderate and gay friendly Jeb Bush went all in defending Pence with radio host Hugh Hewitt Monday night. At first Bush took the route of condescension: the bills critics are too dumb to understand it....

There is (or was) a website called “zombietime”, that chronicled the insane goings-on in and around San Fransicko. Their pictures of the Folsom Street Fair were most exceeding repulsive.
An article in Salon once wrote that I was “suffering from a warped sense of self-importance.” I wear it as a badge of honor.
Oh no, republicans are risking losing the gay vote! Don’t they know that’s what put them over the top in.... ummm.... well surely they were poised to switch over this time! And now it’s ruined!
Why is she bringing Obama and Biden into this?
PING!
A wise decision.
Those sorts of images used to be put on the news every year (the non-obscene ones). However the media has silently decided to boycott all images of flamboyant, over the top gay behavior. You have to go searching for them because they are suppressed in favor of polite, middle class suburban gay couples in conservative clothes standing in front of nice colonial style homes.
I keep hearing and reading about the possible backlash and boycotts and lost dollars heading for Indiana because of this law. I am curious if anyone has considered those losses might be made up by people who applaud or support Indiana’s law, or who just don’t care enough one way or the other to inconvenience themselves by rescheduling a convention or a business deal.

Your Favorite Search Engine will have no trouble puking up the images, if you look for them.
I’ve seen a few of them. I hope that someday I will be able to forget.
"You boys are in violation of the laws of nature, but we don't enforce them laws!"
With the fruit-flies making up 1.5% MAX of population, it’ll be a real magic act to use this in place of the previous failed War on Women to beat the coming GOP tsunami.
Cut the “gay” crap. They’re homosexuals, once considered to be a pathological condition.
Thank you!
I don’t know about Apple but some years back one of the gay Microsoft execs discussed the sex dungeon in his home during an interview.
Nancy Pelosi went to some sodomite freak show event one night for a public appearance. She left the room before the golden showers began (look it up, it happened).
Truly degenerate people have taken over the power system.
The fact that even crappy Jeb has sided with the law makes the libs froth at the mouth. Even to morons, this is common sense. Unfortunately the left are sub-moron.
They still are.
Two words to this harpy: “SHUT UP”.
When any 3 or 4% of the entire American population takes it upon themselves to crusade to silence, demean, and become derogatory towards the 96 or 97% percent of the population, that 3 or 4% just might invite upon themselves extinction, but, the country might be able to, as Obama wishes, ‘to move forward’, were that nasty event to occur.
