The House on Tuesday admitted defeat after a month-long effort to defund President Barack Obamas executive action on immigration, and passed a Department of Homeland Security funding bill that leaves Obamas plan intact.
The vote came after dozens of House Republicans fought to the bitter end to reject the clean DHS bill, in an effort to oppose what they see as an unconstitutional action from Obama. The House passed the bill 257-167, and sending it to the White House for Obamas signature into law.
In the end, 167 Republicans voted against the Senates version of the bill. But because the bill was supported by every Democrat, only 30 or so Republicans had to support it to ensure its passage, and 75 GOP members voted for it.

Traitors within...traitors to their oaths.
Dang sure glad we (?) took control in the last (s)election cycle. Things are gonna change now. LOL! Uh, not so much.
Because, as the RINO loving morons say, if you don't, you're supporting Hillary!
Pete (the sneak) Sessions voted against tabling and then voted against passage.
His voters are idiots- according to him.
Cowardly republicans do it again. No more votes for the G.O.P..We lose everytime.
So 98-75 = 23 Republicans voted to allow the vote and then turned around to vote against it. I wonder who the 23 are?
Interesting, Boehner doesn’t show on any of the vote lists.
He makes Denny Hastert look good. At least he had the Hastert rule to not vote on bills without at least majority support.
Now why is Hannity saying we need to unify behind whoever the GOP nominates?
Pray America is waking
> “I am as outraged and frustrated as you at the lawless and unconstitutional actions of this president, Boehner said.”
This is Boehner’s technique. He acts like he’s outraged but he works to facilitate that which is supposedly frustrating him. I think we can safely call him what he is, he’s a liar.
Is there a Link for the funding vote.
You are right on both counts.
In 2014 the republicans won big time and “We The People” lost big time, we are now surround by enemies on every side and they are plunking away at the thin frayed threads of our Republic.
I would want Cruz, Palin, Lee and others to come out from among the enemy and form an opposition party; there is nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Looks lilke more Kabuki theater—the RINOs in conservative districts were allowed to vote against, and those in either safe or more liberal districts voted for it.
I remember calling Rep after initial budget vote that extended to September and being told, oh well don’t worry, just wait till February~~That is where GOP will address amnesty, etc.
Hope they all get primaried! Pitiful BS—sorry I even bothered to take time to vote in November :/
Poe and Babin voted to table.

The important vote was the one before passage (to table the motion).
98 Rs voted TO MAKE SURE THE MOTION CAME ON THE FLOOR

On the passage vote Boehner could let a bunch pretend to oppose it- to fool the voters.
One thing to admire about the Dims—they are monolithic. Not one House Dim voted with the conservatives to stop the funding of the executive amnesty.
Yet 75 Republicans joined all of the Dims to fund amnesty. (Perhaps more than 75 Republicans would have been willing to vote for amnesty if they did not think Boehner had enough of a margin, with Dims, to pass it.)
If Boehner, McCarthy, Simpson, Peter King, and the rest of these pro-amnesty traitors are not made to pay a price for this continuing treachery, it will never end. And the only price that will get their attention is to be primaried out of a job.
