Obama lied, 5,000 years of human civilization died.
Of course he lied. Everyone on the right was saying at the time that he was lying.
Textbook sociopath.
Rick Warren reveled in his position as king maker that night.
Many other Christians were deceived by obama, not just rick warren. However, as a seasoned pastor it was astonishing to me how easily warren wanted to believe obama’s words instead of his “works.” Perhaps the Book of James wasn’t on his mind. Obama knew he had to garner a portion of the Christian vote to become president and he did. Unfortunately, I think there are believers who put their politics before their faith in Christ.
Total absolute truth!
Simple Googling and due-diligence would prevent some of these “deceptions”. I have hard time accepting the “I was deceived” excuse.
Mega-church pastor usually comes with mega-ego.
Rich Warren is a lying, Chrislam believing, false pastor and is leading millions down the road to hell.
Two lies in that statement.
That was the most disgusting interview. Rick Warren could be the WH spokesman with that kind of soft-pedaling.
Spin, spin, spin, but Warren got played, and he played along.
Rick Warren is an idiot, and so is any Christian who believes anything a Democrat says and votes for them, too.
Agreed.....obamas vote against the Infant Born Alive Act was reason enough for any Christian to be suspicios
It’s been clear since 2003, and clearer than ever today, that the goal has been to shove homosexual marriage down our throats in court.
And it’s been clear since 2003 and 2004, when homosexual marriage first became a hot topic of conversation, that the liberals were in favor of homosexual marriage, and in favor of courts shoving it down our throats. This is in spite of many liberals in the early 2000s saying they opposed homosexual marriage.
Why do I say this? Because, at that time, many liberals said they opposed a marriage amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and also stated that they felt the Defense of Marriage Act was unnecessary, because states already defined marriage in the traditional manner. They were against any actions to fight against the movement to force homosexual marriage in court, while at the same time, saying they were against homosexual marriage.
They were against a constitutional amendment, saying it was unnecessary because laws in the states already defined marriage in the traditional manner.
They expected and hoped that the courts would force it down our throats, so they wouldn’t have to deal with messy matters such as introducing legislation authorizing homosexual marriage.
Now we have reached a point where liberals are all in favor of homosexual marriage, but they weren’t always willing to say so.
By being against actions to stop court ordered homosexual marriage, the liberals really signaled that they were in favor of it happening via court order.
And if the U.S. Supreme Court issues their order as we expect, they will have achieved 50 state homosexual marriage without having to go to through the messy legislative process or do any work of persuading any of us how homosexual marriage is good for society.
I lost a child to suicide. The guy still got played, and played along.
Point taken.
