Gay Magazine Praises Jeb Bush
By Julio Severo
Jeb Bush, the hope for American conservatives in the next U.S. presidential elections, is flirting with the gay agenda.
In an illuminating article entitled Why the Gay Agenda Is Praising Jeb Bush, Peter LaBarbera says, It is becoming apparent that Jeb Bush is the favorite Republican Party presidential contender of the Washington Blade-D.C.s gay news source due to his politically-correct evolution on homosexuality and same-sex marriage. The Blade and other liberal media report favorably every time the former Florida governor moves away from the conservative, pro-family, Republican platform defending marriage as between man and woman.
Why would a homosexual magazine praise Jeb Bush? According to LaBarbera, gay activists loved the softer tone of his reaction when they overthrew of Floridas pro-natural-marriage amendment, which had passed with 62 percent of the vote in 2008. Here is Jebs speech:
We live in a democracy, and regardless of our disagreements, we have to respect the rule of law
I hope that we can show respect for the good people on all sides of the gay and lesbian marriage issueincluding couples making lifetime commitments to each other who are seeking greater legal protections and those of us who believe marriage is a sacrament and want to safeguard religious liberty.
LaBarbera says a few hundred thousand Republican voters cast ballots to preserve the common-sense definition marriage, and Bush says its striking down is a rule of law.
Rule of homosexual law? Traditionally, socialists especially from the Democratic Party have supported such a rule. Now are even Republican politicians chosen by conservatives flirting with the gay agenda?
LaBarbera finished by saying,
It appears Jeb Bush is not up to the task, but he is not alone among a bevy of GOP governors, politicians and libertarian-minded pundits who have chosen pandering over principle on this critical issue that speaks to the character of a nationa nation that claims to be under God while defying His moral law and created natural order.
These incompatibilities and inconsistencies scare away conservative Christians from Republican demagogues and betrayers.
Good conservatives have left the GOP, because the GOP has left them and conservative values.
Conservative champion Scott Lively run for governor of Massachusetts as an independent candidate in the last election. By the way, the first U.S. state to legalize homosexual marriage was Massachusetts under Republican Governor Mitt Romney, elected by conservatives, fully betrayed by their political choice.
Fortunately, Romney the Betrayer lost the last presidential election.
How many betrayals will be enough for conservative Christians to wake from the deception by politicians who cheat them?
We need an army of Barbers and Livelys men with solid and uncompromising conservative convictions.
