Pope and Obama: Alliance against Global Warming

By Julio Severo

President Barack Obama increasingly is finding a powerful ally in the Vatican, with Pope Francis standing virtually shoulder to shoulder with the White House on income inequality and a historic diplomatic reapproach with communist Cuba, according to WND.

This year the pope appears also poised to offer greater support to the U.S. president on climate change initiatives and reportedly wants to be a leading voice at a U.N. global warming summit in 2015, where Obama will make perhaps his greatest pitch to date for more dramatic action against global warming — a fight traditionally embraced by the Left, according to WND.

Dennis Prage, a WND columnist, has said:

“In recent months, the pope has argued for a radical new financial and economic system to avoid human inequality and ecological devastation. In October he told a meeting … ‘An economic system centered on the god of money needs to plunder nature to sustain the frenetic rhythm of consumption that is inherent to it.

“‘The system continues unchanged, since what dominates are the dynamics of an economy and a finance that are lacking in ethics. It is no longer man who commands, but money. Cash commands.

“‘The monopolizing of lands, deforestation, the appropriation of water, inadequate agro-toxics are some of the evils that tear man from the land of his birth. Climate change, the loss of biodiversity and deforestation are already showing their devastating effects in the great cataclysms we witness,” he said.

That is left-wing, even radical left-wing, language.

How are we to explain this?

Conservatives, who have had the support of the Vatican for their fight against the abortion and homosexual agenda in the U.N., especially against a rabidly pro-abortion U.S. administration under Bill Clinton in the 1990s, are perplexed over the dramatic changes.

What has happened to the conservative alliance between evangelical Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul 2nd in the 1980s?

Progressives and liberals in the Catholic Church, especially Leonardo Boff (from Liberation Theology), fervently hope the pope to promote their interests. He hasn’t disappointed them yet.

WND said, “Recently the pope beefed up inclusivity demands by pondering if the Catholic Church is ‘capable of accepting and valuing’ homosexual orientation, without compromising Catholic doctrine on family. Since it is glaringly obvious that that doctrine would have to be stretched to ‘infinite tolerance’ to accomplish that, many are pondering Francis’ words. The drift away from tradition is so clear that openly homosexual artists like Elton John are holding praise-a-thons for the tolerance and compassion of the 266th pontiff.”

The WND article is titled “Super-Pope’ becomes homosexuality hero.”

Is it any wonder that in 2013 Pope Francis was named “Person of the Year” by The Advocate, the world’s biggest homosexual magazine?

How are we to explain this?

Even so, Francis is not the most admired man in the United States. According to a Gallup poll reported by WND, Obama has been named as the most admired man in America for the last seven years.

If the pope wants to pursue the first place, he should be much more Marxist than Obama has been.

The pope and the prez can sip juleps in the sun, clink glasses, pat their foreheads with their damp hankies, and exchanging toasts in the heat of the day. Won’t make a bit of difference.

They are both idiots in the first degree. And one is called the leader of the free world and one the vicar of Christ. Both are ill named and ill suited for such titles.

The Catholic church has been pushing socialism long before the new Pope showed up.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

Liberals are liberals first. There is absolutely nothing on earth or in heaven above that comes before liberalism to a liberal. Pope Francis is a liberal socialist first and Catholic further down the list.

POPE FRANCIS CONCOCTED OBAMA’S UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER TO THE CUBAN TYRANNICAL STALINISTT REGIME.

Obama and Raúl Castro thank pope for breakthrough in US-Cuba relations.

According to Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, prefect for the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Pope Francis has close ties with liberation theology, the same discaterio that once condemned the movement. In the 1980s the CDF under then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger attacked liberation theology as borrowing “from various currents of Marxist thought“.

“Francis is not a fool. He is an ideologue and a meddlesome egoist. His clumsy intrusion into the Middle East and covert collusion with Obama over Cuba makes that clear. Megalomania sends him galloping into geopolitical—and now meteorological—thickets, sacralizing politics and bending theology to premature, intemperate policy endorsements.” (Maureen Mullarkey)

Pope Francis, before visiting The Holy Land boasted to be himself the “Che” of the Palestinian people.

Francis have kept silent while the Cuban communists murder, torture, and violates the human rights in the island prison, and deft to Cuban people plight for freedom.

A Marxist leaning Pope blessed the Marxist American president embrace of Castro's genocide communist regime condemning the Cuban enslaved people to eternal damnation. On the deal Castro liberated an American illegally imprisoned in Cuba in exchange for the freedom of three Cuban spies serving prison terms in U.S. and the normalization of relations with a country that occupied for decades a top position in the list of the State Department ‘s terrorist countries.

The Cuban regime tried to obliterate New York and Washington with a nuclear attack during the October Missile Crisis of 1962. “In November 1962, the Castro brothers’ and Che Guevara’s agents had targeted Macy’s, Gimbels, Bloomingdales, and Manhattan’s Grand Central Station with a dozen incendiary devices and 500 kilos of TNT. The Holocaust was set for detonation the following week, on the day after Thanksgiving.” (Humberto Fontova)

Castro has been a strong ally of Islamic terrorism. Cuba continues to serve as a base for coordination and mutual support among transnational terrorist organizations. At Tehran University he stated to the thunderous applause of students and faculty, "The imperialist king will finally fall,” (AFP, May 10, 2001). Immediately afterward the Iranian Press Service proudly proclaimed that "Iran and Cuba reached the conclusion that together they can tear down the United States.” (IPS, May 10, 2001).

According to World renown and highly respected American investigative journalist and author, Claire Sterling, : “All of the world’s emerging terrorist bands in the 1970’s were indebted to the Cubans and their Russian patrons for that honeycomb of camps around Havana. None could have started without rudimentary training, and those who didn’t train in Cuba were trained by others who did.” (“The Terror Network, The Secret War on International Terrorism.”)

As reported by Sterling, “Castro was training the advance guards of the coming European fright decade – Palestinians, Italians, Germans, French, Spanish Basques – and forming guerrilla nuclei in practically every Western hemisphere state south of the American border. As far back as 1962, Castro’s camps were taking in 1,500 Latin American guerrillas a year. . ‘Any revolutionary movement anywhere in the world can count on Cuba’s unconditional support,’ declared Castro at the 1966 Tricontinental Conference in Havana”. It was then and there that the international terrorism network was consolidated under Castro’s leadership.”

Fidel Castro “jailed political prisoners at a higher rate than Stalin during the Great Terror. He murdered more Cubans in his first three years in power than Hitler murdered Germans during his first six. He came closer than anyone in history to starting a world-wide nuclear war.” Humberto Fontova. (http://www.carolinajournal.com/opinions/display_story.html?id=11121)

It is suicidal turning a blind eye to Castro, a deadly enemy at 90 miles south of Key West that does not hide his hatred for U.S.

The Soviet Union and Cuba had, undeniably, their share in the support of Islamic terrorist groups. Yet, the U.S. has never been an innocent part in this. The U.S. helped create al-Qaida in late 1970s to defeat the Soviet Union. See: http://lastdayswatchman.blogspot.com/2014/11/obama-using-marxist-experience-to.html

According to WND, many of the ISIS terrorists were trained by the U.S. military: http://www.wnd.com/2014/06/officials-u-s-trained-isis-at-secret-base-in-jordan/

Also according to the Religious Freedom Coalition, the main financer of global Islamic terrorism is Saudi Arabia, and the main ally of this terrorist nation is not Russia or Cuba, but America. See: http://www.religiousfreedomcoalition.org/2014/08/08/saudi-royal-family-will-not-allow-obama-to-save-christians-in-iraq/

Besides, Turkey, a strong U.S. ally, also has been strong promoter of Islam and it has been supporting ISIS. See: http://lastdayswatchman.blogspot.com/2014/11/rising-turkish-menace-us-and-nato-ally.html

So if you have a commitment to the truth, you cannot say: “The Soviet Union and Cuba are to blame and the U.S. is innocent.” No. America is so much or more to blame than them regarding current Islamic terror, especially al-Qaida, not to mention that the deceptive propaganda of Islam as a “religion of peace,” pioneered by U.S. presidents, especially Bush immediately after 9/11…
