I've seen so many great nick-names for 'The Kenyan' that I was trying to pick my favorite.
Would you take a minute and post a list of any good ones you've seen or created? No restrictions. Clean or otherwise.
I came up with one, or might have seen it here. I've seen so many.

Much of the time I refer to him as the “current occupant of the White House.” Sometimes I call him “Der Fuehrer” or “Il Duce.” I will not call him president with a capital P.

An American guy was traveling in Mexico when he suddenly realized he had lost his wallet, with all his money and ID.
He got to the border, and explained to the guard what had happened, and the guard told him he had to prove he was an American before he could get back in.
The guy said “I don’t like to talk about this, but years ago I had a picture of Bill Clinton tattooed on one butt cheek, and a picture of Hillary on the other. That should prove I’m an American.”
The guard said “This I gotta see”. So the guy dropped his pants and the guard saw that he wasn’t lying.
So, the guard said “Well, that proves it. Have a safe trip back to Chicago”.
The guy replied “I am from Chicago, but how did you know?”
The guard answered “It’s the picture of Obama in the middle!”
