Woo hoo! Open season on potheads! All you have to do is get them to walk under the wheels of your car :).
To: tacticalogic
Exactly. And if they need a little help getting under your tires, just move up the track a little.

Exactly. And if they need a little help getting under your tires, just move up the track a little. If you're going to go to that much trouble, why not just shoot them?

What was Kevin thinking when he left his car and walked out on to the track? He looked like a toreador without the red flag.

Tony will have to change his nickname from Smoke to Killer.

Smoking Pot or not,Mr.Ward screwed up by running into a race track filled with speeding cars. What were the odds he would get nailed?

I wouldn't put it past Stewart to have done that. But that would've made it harder for his suckup fans to buy his excuse.
Speaking of which. What was his excuse?

Ward was driving a race car and could have killed someone else.
Everyone is more safe with him as a hood ornament.

During the course of the grand jury presentation, approximately two dozen witnesses testified. These included a number of race car drivers, racetrack employees and volunteers, two accident reconstruction experts, medical personnel, and a number of police officers. In addition, the grand jury reviewed a number of photographs and video recordings, as well as other documentary evidence. After listening to and questioning all of the witnesses, and reviewing all of the evidence, the grand jury has determined that there is no basis to charge Tony Stewart with any crimes; his case was No-Billed by the grand jury. I guess you more qualified to judge than them.

Smoking Pot or not,Mr.Ward screwed up by running into a race track filled with speeding cars. That's the problem. Tony shouldn't have been speeding. The race was under caution.
What shouldn't have happened was Tony shouldn't have been that high up the track under caution.
But, what the hell, he's a sports star so what difference do facts make.

Are you saying the Grand Jury was in error? They can and do make mistakes
but that is our system of justice. Now the Ward family can file civil suits
for millions of dollars and hope for some dollars.
