I wouldn't put it past Stewart to have done that. But that would've made it harder for his suckup fans to buy his excuse.

I’m not a fan - don’t care one bit about racing. Even before learning that the kid who left his car had smoked weed I felt it was stupid to have left his vehicle to confront Stewart. Why would anyone do that? It is a tragic death but not the fault of Stewart. The kid made a stupid decision - the grand jury made the correct one
