Shepard Smith asked Judge Andrew Napolitano whether or not the Taliban prisoner exchange was legal under the NDAA H.R. 1960 Statute.
The judge explained that the swap was illegal because taxpayer dollars were spent to remove these prisoners from Guantanamo Bay without giving Congress 30 days notice.
However, Napolitano goes a step further by pointing out that Obama has provided material assistance (human assets) to the Taliban, which has been identified by Congress to be a non-state terrorist organization. This is a crime punishable by imprisonment of 10 years to life, which covers all Americans–including the President.

Naah.The desire to live in freedom hasn’t died. The land and the people will still be here regardless of what the three branches of the kakistocracy decide to do this week.

They would milk that relentlessly for months! perhaps years.
Tactically, an attractive option.
Strategically a disaster for the rest of us!

Sen. Boxer has been louder about the Obama actions than most of the Republicans.
Of course, Sen. Graham and McCain have found microphones.
If, BIG IF, Obama were to be impeached, the effort would be lead by the Dems, not the feckless Pubbies.
This is the issue that should be addressed right now. We can deal with the deserter Bergdahl later.
I hope everyone is calling their congressmen to express outrage over the release of these animals and to demand impeachment proceedings.

That's the way I see it too. Might makes right, keep your head low, lest you get caught up. Laws are selectively enforced on something way beyond prosecutorial discretion; the judicial branch is given unfettered power to IMPOSE homosexual marriage on society, nary a peep from Congress. The government is all a big joke until they get you in their sights.
And commit other egregious acts detrimental to the interests of Americans and the US. He is untouchable. One wonders what it would take to force Demonrats to move against him. Perhaps first-degree murder witnessed by hundreds. I'm not exaggerating.
Yes, they are waiting for their Reichstag fire, in fact they are hoping and praying it will happen. They are foaming at the mouth, to kill large numbers of people. I think they won't be satisfied, till millions are dead. If the Army and Marines do not kill civilians, the alphabet agencies will. I wish it were different, but things will go from bad to worse.
A few things that are necessary for an SUCCESSFUL Impeachment are, a charge of impeachment by the House and a HONEST convection by the Senate.
We might be able to push a start in the House but unless we get the Senate to a Conservative stance it can’t, and won’t happen!
If in November we, REAL Repubs and Conservatives, can achieve a majority in the Senate we could have true “Hope and Change”.!
