Barack Hussein Obama’s birth riddle is being analyzed in a 13 page, Amicus Curiae brief filed with the Alabama Supreme Court by Harvard Attorney Albert W.L. Moore Jr. The brief promises to offer a straightforward theory as to just who this man in our White House really and truly is. (1)
Moore summarizes what is going on: “He (BHO) was a natural born American on the date of his birth, but further official records prove that he lost American citizenship and constitutional eligibility to the Presidency as definitively confirmed by his 1983 naturalization as an American citizen. By law, this process of naturalization did NOT restore his constitutional eligibility.”
Filed on 13 May, 2013, Attorney Moore (pg. 10) is asking that the AL Supreme Court remand the Obama eligibility conundrum back to the trial court to seek discovery concerning the following: a. subpoenaing his (BHO) DNA; b. all of his Hawai’ian “vital records consisting of an original birth certificate showing his ACTUAL (CiR emphasis) birth parents and his amended birth certificate showing his adoptive parents.” The Moore Amicus further contends that Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Sr, a Luo tribesman...

Yeah, this is consistent with the conclusion of many here at Freerepublic back in 2009, that Frank Marshall Davis is the true father of BHO. At the time, it was thought that SAD was was the mother but it could as well be that FMD’s wife could be the mother.

I was responding to the statement in the article that he was a natural born american. Did I read that wrong? If not, how did he lose his citizenship?
If you adopted by foreign nationals do you lose your citizenship from birth?

“how do you lose your citizenship?”
To become a naturalized citizen of another country, you have to swear allegiance to that country and that removes you as a citizen of your original country.
So, if a person from another country is in the US and wants to become a naturalized citizen, he/she will have to swear allegiance to this country instead of the country from whence he/she came and is no longer a citizen of the original country.
My grandson, due to having an American father and English mother, has dual citizenship which was registered at his birth. If he were to run for certain offices in either country that requires him to have allegiance to only that country, he would have to swear allegiance to that country to renounce his US or English citizenship.
This is one of my hot topics, but I am only a lurker, not an expert.
I thought I read on some threads since I came that you couldn’t “surrender” or lose your US citizenship.
Maybe someone has a different take or information.

There was a thread here a few days ago about US citizens living in another country and becoming citizens of that country, thereby renouncing their US citizenship so they wouldn’t have to pay taxes to the US. You can renounce your US citizenship.
As long as there is “free stuff” there will be democrat voters.
I graduated from high school in Hawaii in 1979. I registered with selective service when I turned 18. I don’t remember all the details, but I think I did it because I had to.

think about this. do we really want Obo to be in anyway a NBC..? because you may loose citizenship , but NBC is a condition already met, ie: historical fact. does loosing and regaining something (citizenship)alter a previous historical fact?
i dont like the basis of this case.
and doodledawg -- i read the coachisright article and there is no mention of determining if the SOS is supposed to check anything... everything written there is about Obo's lack of eligibility . Was the article just focusing on the Obo timeline?
