Clinton told her he was talking to her boss and he was about to make big changes in her Department but if she did he right thing she wouldn't have to worry about her job. Then Clinton pulled out his penis and demanded oral sex. Paula Jones refused and left.
Later Paula Jones famously testified about the incident under oath describing Clinton's small crooked penis.
