Light bulbs are illegal but recreational pot and same sex marriages are legal. What a country.
Our country has become backwards
People think they have liberties in this country because they can now engage in certain privileged recreational activities (sex and drugs).
Meanwhile they are forced to buy insurance (that includes birth control pills, maternity care, etc. even for single males) and can no longer legally purchase traditional and inexpensive light bulbs.

I know it’s humor, but they would for bulbs but not for ILLEGALS.
Maybe I ought to see about adding another old running relic to the warehouse stable to drive and annoy the watermelons.
I’d like to have an old J10/J20 or Cherokee Chief. Wagonneers never did much for me. Nothing mint (I couldn’t afford it) but something that runs with a 360/401 V8 that would sound good with headers to drive around the burbs. Seen some nice ones people still have via a Facebook group.
The other thing I would like to get but don’t have a lot of hope though would be another 67 Cougar like the one I had that I bought from my uncle years back. It wound up being sold for a few reasons, some not mine.
Even if I don’t I have the venerable Willys that I need to get back on. Christmas and other types of heartburn have stalled me from fooling with it. I admit I haven’t cranked it in a couple of weeks.

What are you going to do, when it is time to replace that light bulb over the cooking range? Are you going to get one of those poison-filled spiral bulbs, and have it hanging over the food you are preparing for you, or your family?

I read an article about a dude that was making the rough service bulbs in his own manufacturing facility, due to a loophole in the law. Seems he had around 12 employees. His father had an electrical business, and knew Thomas Edison, or, it was his grandfather. Either way, he has a bulb that Edison gave to his relative and it’s been handed down. Remarkably, the light bulb still works. Are you this person? Keep posting your offer. BOOKMARKED!!!
Sadly it was GWBush-Pelosi who banned the light bulbs, NOT Obama.
I stocked up and only use them during the cool months here, October though April, to not run out.
So, if you run into anyone wanting a great incandescent bulb, just shout.
